After getting successfully registered for the course, students must have provide required documents to college for verification purpose. These are the documents, that both Indian and International students required for admission to BSc at Gandhinagar University:

• Recent passport size photographs (05 no.).
• Certified copy of original mark sheet and certificates of all passed examinations. Class 12/ Intermediate / Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary
• School Leaving Certificate 
• Birth Certificate or an Examination Certificate showing DOB. 
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Migration Certificate (if applicable) in original

Documents valid only for International students are: 

• Vaccination Certificate as per the Travel Guidelines. 
• Equivalence Certificate issued by the AIU (can be submitted in due course). 
• Proof of Nationality Status of Student / Parents / Sponsor. 
• Passport / Citizenship Card in case of students from Nepal or Bhutan. 
• Student Visa
  OR
• All Previous Visa (If the student is in India from previous study in any Indian Institute
  or University). 

Gandhinagar has its own placements cell that try to ensure placements to BSc and other course students. Gandhinagar Institute of Technology has a dedicated centrally air-conditioned Placements Plaza designed to handle the process of large-scale campus placements. This setup aims to save time and effort by accommodating numerous placements in a single day. The placement facilities provided by college are:  

Seminar hall

• Large Seminar Hall: Seating Capacity 300 Persons
• Medium Seminar Hall Seating Capacity 100 Persons.
• Mini Seminar Halls Capacity 35 Person.

Four Personal Interview rooms

• Each having capacity to hold 3 panel members and 4 Interviewing Candidates.
• All of them fully Air-conditioned.

Two Group discussion rooms 

• Each having capacity to hold 3 panel members and 4 Interviewing Candidates
• All of them fully Air-conditioned.

24*7 online 6 computer labs with 30 computer in each lab with internet facility. 

Gandhinagar University offers hostel facilities to both Indian and international students. At GU, the hostels are available in triple-sharing rooms with amenities such as a mess and air conditioning.
