The college is good but they know only money.

Placements: 85% students have been placed in different companies. Average companies visit the college, not big ones. Mostly unknown companies are available during campusing. Approximately 45% students got 3 months internship from Flipkart. Top role is from packaging department.

Infrastructure: Facility is good. Infrastructure is good. Labs are good. Wi-Fi not available in labs and classrooms are only available in campus. I don't know about hostel facilities. I have never seen hostel of our college. Canteen’s food is not so good. Below average food is present in the canteen. Toilets are bad. Sports and games are available here.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful but not all the time. Teachers are knowledgeable and their teaching quality is good. Students become industry ready. Semester exams are difficult, but we get books and notes to study that's why we pass every time. The pass percentage is average, i.e. 88%.

Our college provided good placements in 2018.

Placements: During our course duration, good placements were provided. Even the placements are increasing in B.Tech. In 2014-2018 batch, around 80-85% of the students' got placed from the electrical department. The average salary package offered was around 2 LPA. They were providing summer training and winter training in various companies rather than internships. Shift engineer, software trainee and junior engineer were the roles that were offered in our course.

Infrastructure: Our college provided various facilities. We had Wi-Fi on every floor. There were a library, furnished classrooms, electrical labs for the practical test of machines, and there was also a mechanical lab. The quality of the food served in the mess was pretty good. Hostel facilities were also good. Sports facilities were also available.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were very much helpful. They can clarify your doubts anytime whenever asked. They completed their course curriculum, and at the end of courses, there were special classes for doubt clarification. The course curriculum was quite enough to learn. There were regular classes. Therefore there was no chance to bunk classes. They are very strict about conducting regular classes.

Other: Events, fests, conference, and meetings were held. These enhanced the study experience of students as well as teachers.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 30 to 40% Students are already placed in our courses. 10k the lowest and 20k the highest salary offered. Assistant engineer post is the highest role offered by the company. L& T is the top recruiting company. 60 to 80% Students are already trained by the National Institute of solar energy for internship purpose. The highest package is 20k and the lowest package is 10k.

Infrastructure: Very good facilities are available in our institute. And infrastructure is also good and playground also available in our institute campus. In the institute, there is a big library. Enough spaces for reading, seating, group discussion purpose. Classrooms are very cleaned and spaces. In our institute, there is a Wi-Fi facilities ( high-speed internet). Canteen are also available for both teachers and students. Well made and tasty food is offered by the canteen.

Faculty: In our department, there is faculty for all subjects. All faculty are well knowledgeable, well helpful and well qualified. The faculty are well trained and well behaved. Helpful to all students. Different subjects are taught by different faculty. Faculty are very helpful for the students who do not understand any topics. The quality of faculty is very good. Every topic is discussed by the faculty is cleared and easily understood. The students are well knowledgeable in their subjects which is very helpful for getting a job in reputed company.

Other: B. Tech in electrical engineering is my dream and I want to be a very good electrical engineer. Best thing is that all faculty are very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing to be improved. Everything is as good as well. Event, fest and annual programme are also organized by the Institute in a very good way. Campus surrounding are very beautiful and pleasant weather and a very clean campus.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of NO placement, faculties are too much friendly and qualified.

Placements: 1. Below 10% students are placed in my Course. Only one student of my year got placement from college. 2. The highest 15k, the lowest 10k, average 12k salary packages offered for my course. 3. No comment on the companies visited. 4. Operator roles is the top roles which is offered in my course. 5. The highest 2L, the lowest 1L, average 1.5L packages offered in my course. 6. Below 10% of students got internship from my Course.

Infrastructure: 1. We got a very slow and very limited Internet WI-FI connection in our college. We could use labs only in schedule class times not other times (in extra time) but we could use our classrooms for any times and subjects or any educational works or extracurricular activities. Our library is very restricted. They don't provide a book other than our syllabus. Even the subject books are also limited. Many times we didn't get that book which we want. Because they have very little number of books. 2. Canteen food quality is manageable. A big time of our college life we miss canteen because now the canteen shifting. We heard many times about medical facilities but never ever seen or get any medical facility. College provides yearly sports games only for boys. Not for girls so we are very disappointed and angry about that.

Faculty: 1. Yes. All of our teachers are too much helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is just awesome. We are staying here only for them. 2. Yes. This course preparing us for do work in various types of industries with confidence and formalities.

Other: 1. I had a little Interest about electrical activities but I wanted to take admission in architect or civil department. But for the profit of college funds they show an issue in seat reservations in civil department so I had to chose this Electrical Department.

Although GIMT is not that bad collage. One can take risk of getting admission here, but at your own.

Placements: Previously in GIMT, the placements were nearly zero, or one can say there were no placements in GIMT. After this year, mean to say after 2017, few companies came for interview. Not everyone get the chance but few of the students get placed. The salary offered was not that much, the maximum amount was Rs 18000 and the minimum amount offered was Rs 13500. Companies like Infinity, JK Protomax and many more visited in year (2018). .

Infrastructure: Labs in this college are good comparison to some of the major colleges. Classrooms are also average. Library has some really good collection of books. Some major author's books are provided here in GIMT. College campus has a wide ground but the sports ground is not that satisfiable. Apart from outdoor games if we talk about indoor games, there are no indoor game facility. Only girls hostel are available in this college.

Faculty: The quality of teaching is good here. There are some really good teachers in this college apart from some. The teachers are helpful and well qualified. Talking about the student-faculty ratio, the required teacher's are present there to help the students. No, there were no industrial exposure provided by the college, in my knowledge.
