January 29, 2025: Globsyn Business School recently held its 9th International Vision Seminar 2025 on ‘Ethics, AI, and Human Values: Pioneering Management Education for a Sustainable Future.’ The event spanned multiple days, bringing together diverse minds conversing upon subjects that explore the issues and challenges faced by managers in the new era.
Held on January 17 and 18, the seminar featured an array of insightful sessions, including paper presentations and workshops led by experts, panel discussions, a Human Capital Conclave, the Globsyn Alumni Award ceremony, and the unveiling of the much-anticipated latest version of the EBSCO enlisted Globsyn Management Journal Vol. XVIII. This edition of the journal stresses the need to incorporate human values and ethical frameworks into management education. The volume, which includes thought-provoking essays from eminent researchers, educators, and practitioners, investigates creative techniques for exploiting AI while encouraging sustainability and social responsibility in future management.

Globsyn Business School Placements see an Impressive 49.3% Surge in Average CTC since the last 5 Years
March 17, 2023: The postgraduate management institutes have a significant impact on how their students' careers develop. Successful placements are equally crucial to a B-high School's calibre of instruction and resources. It not only reflects the B-School's credibility but also provides assurance to the students that their commitment to a rigorous postgraduate education has given them the expected returns. Around 1500 job openings were presented to students during Placement 2023 at GBS from almost 100 major employers in over 25 different industries, including BFSI, Consulting & Services, Fintech, Research & Analysis, and FMCG/FMCD, among others. The highest CTC offered this year was 23.34 LPA, followed by 20.14 LPA and 13.58 LPA as the second and third highest CTCs offered. "Our constant achievement over the years is a monument to the relationship that we have developed with the corporates that extend beyond recruitment," said Rahul Dasgupta, Director and Trustee of GBS. "This year too, we had a huge rise of 49.3% in average CTC compared to last year."

GBS Students Visits Malaysia as a part of their Global Immersion Program
December 19, 2019: Recently a group of Globsyn Business School students, pursuing Global MBA – International Business, visited Malaysia as a part of their Global Immersion Program. During this visit, students got to learn through industry visits along with getting the exposure to a global corporate environment. They received mementoes from the officials of the Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST). They were addressed by the President of MUST, Dr Premkumar Rajagopal, who gave insights into the University from its very foundation.
School Organises Titanium, the Annual Sports Event
December 17, 2019: Just like every year, this year also students of Globsyn Business School organised their popularly known annual sports event-Titanium. It was a four-day long sports extravaganza event which serves as a platform for students to put their theoretical knowledge of HR, Operations, Marketing, and finance into practice. The event not only motivates but also shows the students how skills are handled throughout the event.

All students get internships in big companies. I am the Assistant Vice President of the Student Council and hold various roles.
Placements: CRP tries their level best to bring corporates to the Campus and maintain a long-term relationship with them. They always try to maintain the average placement package and try to increase it. Each and every year, they try to bring some new companies for both internships and placements.
Placements: Top companies like EY, PwC, KPMG, ICICI, HDFC, Naukri, Dabur, ITC, IDFC Bank come. Every student gets internship opportunities in very good companies. Internship experience helps a lot during placement. The college guides each and every student during the internship.
Placements: Birla Opus, Asian Paints, PWC, Deloitte, Tata Consumer Products, etc., are a few of the top recruiters for our course till now, and 100 percent of students got internships in companies like ITC, Dabur, Goodwyn Tea, SBI Mutual Funds, Axis Bank, etc.
Placements: 85 to 90% of the students are placed in PGDM. The highest package offered is 9LPA, the lowest package offered is 4LPA, and the average package is around 6.5LPA. Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, AXIS Bank, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank are top recruiting companies. 95% of students got internships in reputed organisations.
Placements: 99% of students get placed from Globsyn Business School every year. The highest package is around 16 LPA and the average package varies from 8 LPA to 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies are EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, ITC, Dabur, etc. Many students get placed in internships. The company mainly provides managerial roles to the students.

Yes, GBS Dubai is a good option to pursue a CS programme in Dubai. The course covers programming. DSA, and development and also gives students the time to learn and build projects. One also has the option to work and gain industry experience before graduation.
