Globsyn Business School Scholarships and Funding

National Scholarship Program
1) Bikram Dasgupta Foundation Scholarship:-
For students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds

Eligibility for National Scholarship Program:-

>Students with an exemplary academic track-record, whose parents’ or guardians’ income falls below the criteria as specified under ‘Parental Income Ceiling’, will be eligible for the Bikram Dasgupta Foundation Scholarship.
>The minimum academic criteria required for students to avail this and the other scholarships mentioned below
Class 10/equivalent: >= 75%
Class 12/equivalent: >= 75%
Graduation: >= 60%
Qualifying Aptitude Exam (CAT/MAT etc.) >= 80 percentile
Other outstanding achievements (documentary proof required)
>Furthermore, the students awarded scholarships must maintain an academic CGPA >= 6.0 in all Semesters at GBS and actively participate in the institute’s Beyond Education activities.


Administration of Fee Waiver:-
All installments of fee (except initial Admission Fee) will be waived. If any installments have already been paid, these will be refunded after the due date of the last installment that would have normally been due.

Quantum of Scholarship:-
Candidates will be provided a 100% fee waiver (except Admission Fee). Scholarship will be provided to 7 students only.

2) Outstanding Achievers Scholarship
For students achieving recognition or excellence in sports or culture/arts areas

Eligibility for National Scholarship Program :-
> For Sportspersons, the student must have been recognised by a prominent sports body/association at the State or National level in any outdoor or indoor sporting event
>In the Arts area, students achieving recognition or excellence from prominent bodies/associations at the Regional or National level in any areas such as Debate, Quiz, Dance, Drama etc. will be eligible.
In addition, the students’ parents’ or guardian’s income should fall below the criteria as specified under ‘Parental Income Ceiling’.
>Furthermore, the students awarded scholarships must maintain an academic CGPA >= 5.0 in all Semesters at GBS and actively participate in the institute’s Beyond Education activities.
The students’ performance would be reviewed after every Semester for consideration to be eligible for partial fee waiver.

Administration of Fee waiver:-
The fee waiver will be applied in two parts. The first part 50% (i.e. Rs. 50,000/-) will be reduced from the penultimate installment and remaining 50% reduced in the last installment.

Quantum of Scholarship:-
Candidates will be provided Rs. 1,00,000 each, Scholarship is available for 6 students.

Absolutely satisfied. It is good.

Placements: The highest package is 16 LPA, the lowest is 5.5 LPA, and the average is 6 LPA. Top recruiters include ITC, Birla Opus, PwC, KPMG, EY GDS, HDFC Bank, and SBI Mutual Fund. All students get internships in big companies. I am the Assistant Vice President of the Student Council and hold various roles.

A journey to the next level.

Placements: CRP tries their level best to bring corporates to the Campus and maintain a long-term relationship with them. They always try to maintain the average placement package and try to increase it. Each and every year, they try to bring some new companies for both internships and placements.

Excellent campus, very good teachers.

Placements: Top companies like EY, PwC, KPMG, ICICI, HDFC, Naukri, Dabur, ITC, IDFC Bank come. Every student gets internship opportunities in very good companies. Internship experience helps a lot during placement. The college guides each and every student during the internship.

Good learning environment with supportive faculty and good placement opportunities.

Placements: 85 to 90% of the students are placed in PGDM. The highest package offered is 9LPA, the lowest package offered is 4LPA, and the average package is around 6.5LPA. Placements: 99% of students get placed from Globsyn Business School every year. The highest package is around 16 LPA and the average package varies from 8 LPA to 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies are EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, ITC, Dabur, etc. Many students get placed in internships. The company mainly provides managerial roles to the students.
