GMR Airports Ltd., the airport division of the GMR Group, India's largest conglomerate, operates the award-winning GMR Aviation Academy (GMR AA), which provides training, executive education, skills development, and aviation consulting. Global presence of GMR group spans across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia apart from India where GMRAA offers best quality aviation training and consulting to some of the largest and busiest International Airports.
Since its founding in 2009, GMRAA has been providing training of the highest caliber and has won numerous awards. GMRAA has received accreditation from the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and Airport Council International (ACI). The ICAO has designated GMRAA as one of its eight Regional Training Centers of Excellence (RTCE). In addition, NSDC and a number of other national and state governmental bodies work with GMRAA to provide training.
