Our college has good environment and facilities.

Placements: Around 60% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, and also good startups. The top roles offered are front-end, software engineer, project engineer trainee, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Laboratory, classrooms, and library are better. The laboratory has many components. The food served in the hostel is average. Hostel environment is good but it is located outside the campus. campus. Sports are also conducted.

Faculty: All our teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. They all complete their relevant studies and pass the competitive exams. This course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are averagely difficult. The pass percentage is 65%.

Other: Staff members and laboratory are the best things about this course.

Infrastructure: Lab facilities are sufficient. The latest equipments are used in laboratories to make students knowledgeable.

Faculty: Faculty members here are friendly. The curriculum was given by Anna University. Exams are conducted by Anna University to make students ready for the industry. Faculty members are selected by the exams conducted by TNPSC.

Teachers were calm and cool.

Placements: From our 2 and 3 senior batches, 20 or 25 students are selected. The college only recommended 2 or 3 companies per year. These companies select 2 to 5 students per batch, so many of students are not selected. They are selected with their own efforts.

Infrastructure: One or two staff are very interesting in our course. My college hostel was outside the campus. Hostel students had to walk 4 to 5 kilometres daily to attend college. At lunchtime, we had to walk the same distance and there is no streetlight.

Faculty: I am studying the Electronic communications Engineer course, this is a very difficult course, but my class faculty advisor was very calm and cool. They solved our problems. The course exams are diff

Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable.

Placements: 60 percentage of students were placed in my course last year. The highest is 40000, the lowest is 20000 and the average package offered in my course. TCS and Chella software are the top recruiting companies for our course. 90 Percent of students got internship for course in CDAC company. Assistant software Engineer is the role offered.

Infrastructure: Wi-fi, labs, classrooms and library all are very good facilities and infrastructure compared to other colleges. Good hostel and quality of food and materials are good, according to my opinion. First aid kit is available for any small accident wounds. Sports and games are developing now only.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They have good teaching quality, and they help us to develop our knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry ready. Some what the semester exams are tough when compared to other course in the college. Pass percentage is 60 percent.

Other: My course is easy to learn and to develop our knowledge. The best things is developing our knowledge in the lab sessions. I wish to improve sports and lab facilities in my course. Fest, event, campus crowd, everyone is connected with each other and have scholarship every year etc.

Our college is worth the money.

Placements: In our college, students are recruited by a few well-known companies and also by a few startup companies through campus interviews. Placements are based on the exams conducted by the companies, and to some extent, CGPA is also considered.

Infrastructure: Our college has well-equipped labs available in the ECE department. The Wi-Fi is available for study purposes. Both the library and the audio library are available inside the campus. Classrooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, the basic infrastructure is good.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and very friendly. The teaching quality is very good in the ECE department. Our teachers are very helpful. The frequency of exams is very high. There are exams conducted frequently throughout the study. The minimum required CGPA is 7.0.

I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: When we are in the pre-final year, the college makes the step of preparing students for placement interviews and internships. Interested candidates apply to join internships for 2 to 3 months in companies like BHEL, Nerd, Nissan, and Rising Star. Our college conducts the examination for the interviews, which is called the pre-interview examination. Once you score good marks, you can attend the interview. Otherwise, you need to attend again the pre-interview examination. During the 2018 batch, the placement percentage was 65.7%.

Infrastructure: Laboratories are well-advanced with Wi-Fi connectivity. Many workshops are available for mechanical, civil, thermal, electrical and electronic, and fluid laboratories. The staff conducts laboratory experiments three times a week.

Faculty: Teachers are friendly and well-experienced. They have around 7-10 years of experience in their field. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. Their teaching methods are good. The course curriculum is good.

Other: Many events like the technical symposium, Tamil cultural, sports day, engineer day, and Women's day are held in our college. During the Technical symposium, various college students came to attend from Tamil Nadu. The college gives prizes to winners. Sports day is conducted by management. Our college gives importance to sports.

Review about Government College Of Engineering, Bodinayakkanur.

Placements: The placement in other departments is a little bit better than our department this year. Most of the companies in the placement drive are startup companies. The salary package ranges from 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are TCS and Infosys. Internships through the college are very rare this year (2024).

Infrastructure: As the college is maintained by the government, it has a decent infrastructure and good laboratory facilities. Wi-fi is available inside the college and it has a well-stocked library with a decent number of books. Hostel food is poor, and the accommodation facility is average. Mess and canteen infrastructure is average. Sports and indoor stadium facilities are available and are well maintained by the college.

Faculty: Faculty members are good and they help us in our academics. The teaching quality is average and there is a minimal amount of career-related content in the academic syllabus. The curriculum is not completely relevant to our career or job. The semester exams are at Anna University, Chennai and they are easy to pass.

Dissatisfied because of the staff in the last semester.

Placements: 1. 4% of the students got placement. 2. The highest salary is 20000, average is 15000 and the lowest is 12000. 3. HONEYWELL, Ashok Leyland, Wipro, Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions limited are the main recruiters.

Infrastructure: Labs, Classrooms, Library are available. There is no Wi-Fi connection in department. Hostel are in good condition but the food quality was average, medical facilities are available, sports like volleyball, basketball, Cricket, athletics are available here and games like chess alone is available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and they are ready to teach new things. They arrang many workshops and internships. I was satisfied with the quality of the teachers in our department. The curriculum makes the students industry ready.
