Admission in Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram (GECSKP) is a *moderate-competitive process and it requires a decent KEAM rank*. The most competitive one is CSE with General category cut DU around 2,000-7,000. Most of the other specialties such as ECE and EEE mostly range between 4,000-13,000 with the Civil/Mechanical/IT at 10,000-20,000. Admission is only on the basis of performance in KEAM and then the centralized counselling.The admission to Government engineering college Sreekrishnapuram (GECSKP) is *moderately competitive* to B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering. The taking in process is only depending on your *KEAM rank*, CSE cutoffs (General category) are normally between *2,000 to 7,000*. Other streams such as ECE and EEE usually have between *4,000-14,000* but Civil and Mechanical cut offs go as high as *10,000-32,000* depending on the round and category. Good performance in KEAM is necessary.

The counselling is done in a centralized way, which is called *KEAM counselling (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical)*. KEAM 2025 exam results will be announced in May and the rank list will be published some time around 10 June. Registration and filling of choices in online counselling has been tentatively fixed to start in the *last week of July 2025*. The promising applicants should possess a genuine KEAM rank and encourage such students to undertake this counselling procedure through cee.kerala.gov.in.

In order to apply to B.E./B.Tech at Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram (GECSKP), a person should pass the *KEAM 2025 exam*. Once results and ranks are declared (in the near future), take part in the *online KEAM Counselling which is centralized* at cee.kerala.gov.in. This will entail on-line registration of options, the choice of GECSKP and branches desired, and most importantly, allotment of seats depending upon your KEAM rank, and lastly, reporting to the college and verification of documents and payment of fee. It requires 10+2 PCM (min 45 %).
