Review of Government Pharmacy College, Kangra.
Placements: There are no placements in our college. We don't even have a placement cell. It is like a school. There are no guest lecturers. But some of the teachers help in getting placements by their contacts. But only 4 to 5 students out of 70 got placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good and big according to the course. All the labs are good with all the machines which is the best thing about the college. But the hostel is under construction and it will be ready in 2023. College has a library with good books related to pharmacy.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college are very good and experienced but low in number. College does not have any cultural society. The main focus of this college is on studies and not on other activities. B.Pharma is quite easy and exams are also easy as compared to +2, but 50% marks are needed for passing.
Other: The college is located in a small village called Nagrota. So as compared to city colleges, there are no such fests. The crowd is also average.

Satisfied with my college with good faculty, and a healthy environment to study.
Placements: Our college is providing good placements all over India. The students got placements from our college at the package of about1,50,000-2,00,000. Students got placement in big companies such as cipla, etc. About 40-50% of students got placement from one batch.
Infrastructure: Our college contains a big library, a canteen, a ground, laboratories of different pharmaceutical subjects along with smart classrooms and a big auditorium. College has a big building along with the hostel facility. Labs in our college contains all required chemicals.
Faculty: The staff in our college is completely educated and well qualified. Some of our teachers had done Ph.D. and some are well qualified. One of our teacher has written a book on pharmacognosy. Semester exams are conducted by pharmacy council of India and pass percentage is 50%. .

Joy to study in this college.
Placements: The placement of our college is pretty good and huge no of high job placement have been done like in Copland and Meadchem. Almost 50 to 60 percent get high paid job. The highest package offered in our college was of 1.5 Lacs for production head in one of premium company. The companies are very interested towards the student which came out from this institution and willing give the good offer of job to them.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very well made the labs are huge with all the chemicals and apparatus. The ground floor has a canteen which provide all the eating stuff. The Wi-Fi is available all over the college at any place and there is a huge library containing thousand of pharmacy books. The classroom are huge and has a well open classroom.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is very well qualified with M.Pharma and Ph.D. degrees. The college is affiliated with Himachal Pradesh technical university and exams are conducted through pci. The semester exams are quite difficult and a study on regular basis is required to score good marks.
Other: I choose this career because of my personal interest in Chemistry and industrial work.

Satisfied with our college and staff members, good placements, everything is good .
Placements: Approximately 99 percent of students get placements. Highest package will be 20-30k and the lowest 10k. Sunpharma and other companies
50-80 percent students got internship from badii companies
the highest companies are coming every year to hire freshers.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi available, labs are well established, classrooms are neat and clean, having digit boards, about 7-8 classrooms, one seminar room, one examination hall. Hostels are very neat and clean, all facilities should be provided. Every year sports games are held.
Faculty: Teaching staff is very helpful, all are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is just awesome. Yes it makes the student industry ready. Not much that difficult.60 percent is pass percentage. About 30 marks. Is passing in each subject to clear .
Other: My personal reason behind this why I choose this course. There are so much career options after that.

The college has the best teachers. I am satisfied with the college.
Placements: I am in my final semester of B Pharmacy, and college placements are on. The roles offered to our batch are wide, consisting of departments such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production. The recruiters are from Cipla and Alkem. The average package is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college consists of a well-versed library with books such as pharmacopoeia and various foreign authors of medicine. Digital classrooms are available for detailed lectures with Wi-Fi connectivity. Different labs are available for experimentation, for example - Pharmaceutical Chemistry lab, Pharmacognosy lab, Pharmaceutics lab, and Pharmacology lab. Sports meets are conducted every year, and sports infrastructure is available in college too, with a gym on college campus. There are hostel facilities currently available for girls with proper facilities. Our college has a sick room for any student who gets sick. They are immediately treated, and if severe, teachers are ready to help.
Faculty: Teachers are all Ph.D. scholars and well-versed in their field. The course has half days for practicals every day, every week. The exams are of moderate level, and 80-90% of people pass. The subjects from 4th sem onwards are very relevant and helpful in the pharma industry. The teaching quality is great, with teachers helping at every step to refine us. The semester exams are conducted via HPTU, which is Himachal Pradesh Technical University, and exams are highly regulated with no unfair practices tolerated on the campus.
Other: This course offers a wide scope in the pharmacy field as it is a booming field in India and also has many opportunities available abroad. I think the course duration can be shortened as in early semesters the subjects aren't really new. Annual events do happen as we have a nice auditorium with a DJ system and a lift available in college. The campus is quite nice and green, with us performing cleaning drives frequently. There are various scholarships available through the state government that can be beneficial to students. Our college offers half fees for girls and girl empowerment.
