Our college is good in all aspects.
Placements: Around 20-30% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary offered is Rs. 65,000 per month. The average salary offered ranges between Rs.18,000 - Rs.20,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 13,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Steel and Poland. Almost 90% of students got internships in small companies. Top roles offered are junior engineer and surveyor.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. Wi-Fi is available on campus. All classrooms are equipped with smart televisions. There is a main library and smaller libraries for each course. The hostel rooms are spacious enough for three students to share. The hostel rooms have beds, cupboards, and desks. The canteen serves two meals for just Rs. 60. There are options to eat off-campus for more variety. Medical facilities are available for college departments and hostel residents. They organise sports competitions such as cricket, football, badminton, chess, carrom, and volleyball.
Faculty: Our teachers are supportive and friendly. They are very helpful. You can text them anytime. They are always available to help us. They help in co-curricular activities too. They help you after the completion of the course. Some subjects are tough like structural mechanics and DSS. The other subjects are very easy.
Other: I opted for this course because it is an easy course compared to mechanical engineering. This course provides good. They should provide practical knowledge in some subjects like soil mechanics and surveying. They organise freshers' parties and farewell parties. Many events and fests are held in our college.
