Good placements were there in 2015.

Placements: 50% of students are placed in our college. The highest package is INR 60000 and the lowest package is INR 8000. 60% of students got internship. Computer programming roles are offered in our course and RDBMS jobs. Database company recruit from our college and programming also.

Infrastructure: When we talk about facilities it is good enough. We got 2 WIFI named gp and namo. Classrooms are pretty clean and labs are also clean enough. Libraries are big and too many books are there and we can get books for 2 to 3 days . But the lobby of the campus is not clean.

Faculty: Teachers and faculty are very helpful except naveen singh. He doesn't have any experience. Other faculty are good. Course is completed in 4 months. Too much manual work, submissions, project, viva and mid exams are conducted. In this college, there are 6 semesters and 3rd one is the hardest.

Other: Campus is good enough.

It is the best college to study diploma in computer engineering.

Placements: Students were not interested to get placed. They wanted to go for higher studies or become ethprominer. Around 40% of students got placed in our college. The salary package offered for our course was 3 LPA. The top recruiting company was Infosys. Many local companies visited our college for internships. The top role offered was a developer.

Infrastructure: Our college provided facilities like Wi-Fi, a library, computers, good classrooms, etc. Our college had a canteen, but it was closed. New boys and girls' hostel was constructed. The boys' hostel was new, so all facilities were available in it.

Faculty: Faculty members were good. They always used to work. They taught us a lot. The course was from GTU, so it was good to become an engineer. Exams were moderate to pass out in this college. Students have to study to pass exams. The pass percentage was 88%.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in coding. Our course should include data mining. Our college conducts all events.

A small tour of Government Polytechnic Gandhinagar college.

Placements: There are very few students who were placed in my course because some of them are going for further studies, and many were not able to perform in interview grounds. The companies in our college come from small companies like Spike Point, Infotech Private Limited, Patel Web Consulting, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not very good; some of the rooms are even closed due to safety reasons. Besides that, computers are not working properly. If we talk about hostels, they are affordable but do not have a mess for food, and even sometimes proper water facilities are not available.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and even help students with various problems; the teaching method is also good. The course curriculum is up to date, including courses such as machine learning and artificial intelligence; however, some teachers were not able to teach properly. The semester exams are not very difficult; anyone can pass easily.

Other: The one thing that attracts me to choose computer engineering is that it is future-proof, as well as I have a keen interest in coding and math. The course is good; however, the practical learning is not available; only the theoretical curriculum is followed by teachers, so I think. The government has to focus more on projects and practical knowledge rather than marks.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Our college students get placed in many companies. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HCL, TCS, Paytm, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides many facilities like Wi-Fi, laboratories, classrooms, and libraries. All computers work properly in computer laboratories for practicals. Other facilities like fans, lights, and benches are in good condition. Facilities of our college are the best.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good, helpful, and well-educated. Some faculty members are Ph.D. graduates. They provide the best knowledge for students. Students are required to give the GTU exam for the semester.

Other: This college is the best for diploma courses. I suggest this college for students who would choose diploma courses after the 10th board exam.

It is a good college with helpful faculty members.

Placements: Placements are good, and salary packages are fine. Paytm is the top recruiting company. Many students have applied for internships i.e., 10%. Roles offered are frond end developer, back-end developer, and full stack.

Infrastructure: Hostel facility was not available during our session. But it is under construction. The infrastructure is not good. Drinking water is not available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. Some teachers are not punctual. Faculty members are very supportive. If students study properly then they can score good marks. The pass percentage depends upon the semester exams. Most of the students fail in 3rd, 4th, and 5th semesters.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in computers, and I like to solve logical and mathematical things.
