In class 10, its not very hard to score above 90. You can easily get 100/100 in maths, 90+ in english and 95+ in computer. For Class 10th, it is considered to be strict. However, it is said that the checking done by evaluators is lenient in comparison to the checking done by them in Class 9 in their schools.

If you are shying to ask questions to your mentors ask with your friends or get back to me. Solve previous years' question papers: There are lots of sample papers, so try solving possible amount of papers of the subject you are weak in, it will help you. Understand the concepts while studying: Don't mug up the answers, but understand and make up situations and think how you will get the results. Group study can helps: Bring your friends home and ask queries and try answering enough questions. This will help you both. It is on best way. Chances are less for out of syllabus questions in CBSE 10th board exam question papers. CBSE Class 10 board exams 2026 will be based on CBSE 10th syllabus 2026 entirely. If any questions are out of syllabus, students will be awarded the marks for it.

It is adviced that students finish their CBSE 12th syllabus 2026 for all subjects at least 2 months prior to the exam to score well.

CBSE is conducting the CBSE practical exams between January 1 and Feb 14, 2026. There is no external examiner allotted to conduct practical exams for Class 10, while external examiners are called to conduct the CBSE 12th practical exams.
