Government Polytechnic College, Ranchi is the best.
Placements: Placements are good. Almost 40 to 50% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary offered is about Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest is about Rs. 10,000. Companies like Jindal, Tata Motors and many more visited the campus. Different roles like manager, JE, and assistant were offered to the students. Almost 100% of the students got internships. There is a placement cell, and it is very useful.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms are quite good and are digitised. Wi-Fi is available 24 hours for students and staff. The library is huge and has many books. Medical facilities are quite good as there is a hospital nearby. Sports and games are organised for every 3 to 4 months for physical education. Hostels have many facilities. The water supply is good. Rooms are big, and the bathrooms are clean. The canteen and mess are available. Food is quite good and affordable. I didn't face any issues during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are all government professors. Some of them are PTLs. But, they teach quite well. The college offers courses like electrical, mechanical, civil, electronics and computer science. Teachers teach us using both digital and practical methods by which we can understand the concepts completely.
Other: The workshop is very good, and the teachers are very good. They teach us well. There is a garden near the college. We are provided with scholarships. We participate in every competition and activity.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good as compared to other colleges. Every classroom is provided with good infrastructure and good facilities. The college also provides good sports facilities for students who are interested in sports. They also encourage everyone to participate in different sports activities.
Faculty: Our teachers are well qualified, and they behave well with each and every student. They encourage the students to participate in all the curricular activities. They also help students to gain good knowledge and be dignified. Even the students are very cooperative and well disciplined.

You can get engineering with these marks but only in private colleges. In some private Colleges you may not get seat according to their merit criteria. You can go through management quota in any college. you should go for BSc Electronics as it is available with these marks and it's good too.
