Somaiya Polytechnic a decent college to study but great to enjoy campus .
Placements: Most of my classmates didn't apply for further placement because they had to study further, but very few applied, and they were offered for 1.2+ LPA. But they have decent placements to offer and an internship. You can get web development role and many more.
Infrastructure: There are 3 labs for computers: 2 with AC, 1 classroom without AC, and somaiya Wi-Fi was available all around college. Mess was too good with food, and for the canteen, we need to go to the management apartments. I didn't stay in a hostel, but it was also good, as my friend told me.
Faculty: Teachers are decent; mostly self-study is important. The curriculum is the same as Msbte and relevant, and they will provide you with the study materials. Exams are pretty good; if you are an AVG student, you can pass easily, and only a few semesters are thought of, but you can pass.
Other: I chose the Somaiya Poly case because it is good for studies and easy for admission in the Gujrati minority quota case. The campus is really good and huge. Fest is awesome here and very enjoyable.

Review of K. J Somaiya Polytechnic College.
Placements: Most of the students opted for further studies since it was a Diploma course. Hence, the package information isn't known to me. I heard there were companies like L&T that came for recruitment. No students had opted for a job or internship at the time. The top roles offered were incentive-based promotional roles. You can start your career as a system manager or study further.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is adequate. Labs are well-equipped. No Wi-Fi is available for students. Food is decent too. There are about 4 canteens on the whole campus. The hostel food is decent. The infrastructure of the hostel isn't the best, but it is peaceful and nice.
Faculty: A few teachers are really great. They want to teach us at the core conceptual level. Few teachers are pretty average as usual in other colleges. The pass percentage is 35% or no KTs. The teachers are qualified enough in our college. Exams are moderate to pass.
Other: I took Diploma in computer engineering. The fest held was decent enough. It was an in-house college fest, and no outside students were allowed.

Review of K J Somaiya Polytechnic College.
Placements: Every student got a good percentage in the semester exam. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Companies like Tata, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, JP Morgan, and Infotech. Around 55% of students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: All facilities were available in this college. Sports, library, and classrooms were well managed. Medical facilities were also good. Hostel was clean and well managed. Canteen facilities were also good. The campus was clean and tidy. The campus was big and infrastructure was well managed
Faculty: Teachers were well trained and were well educated like B.Tech, M.Tech, Ph.D., BE, etc. Course curriculum was relevant, because they technically prepare well. Related to industry work will perform well. Semester exams were depends on students how they were studying.
Other: Many events were held in this college like sports, dance, etc.

Overall the college has a great campus and ground for sports and the ambiance is pretty peaceful.
Placements: An average of 60-70 students is there in every batch. The fee charges depend on the course we are doing. For electrical engineering, it is around Rs.15,000 -Rs. 20,000 whereas for computer science it is more than 1 lac. Companies like L&T, Infotech, Accenture, and other IT companies recruit us. Around 5% of the students get internships at Tata Power Institute.
Infrastructure: We have a lot of computer labs, computers and sports activities in the college. The canteen is pretty decent and has a vegetarian menu with snacks like samosas, misal, etc.
We even have a great library with all the books related to our courses. Overall, cleanliness is pretty decent too.
Faculty: Somaiya Polytechnic is an autonomous college, so we have a bit different courses and subjects from other colleges as this college is not under government rules. Teachers are good. but strict, and they punish students unnecessarily and stop teaching if they don't want to. The courses will help us in the future for the engineering degree. Many students drop the course because they fail the exams.
Other: Many events and fests are held regularly in the college where many celebrities are invited as chief guests.

It is the best polytechnic college in India.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students get placed at this college. I think this college is the best college for placements. I suggest every one to take admission in this college. The minimum salary package offered ranges between 3-4 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 10-11 LPA. This college is good for placements.
Infrastructure: The campus looks great. It has free Wi-Fi networks for all students, which is very good in digital India. It has a well-equipped library. It is also helpful for all students to study in their free time.
Faculty: All teachers in our college are good and helpful to all students. All students can clear their doubts at any time with the help of teachers. The course curriculum is good, and all the students can do a job in the industrial area. All teachers show interest in teaching students.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have a great interest in computer. Many cybercrimes are increasing day by day, so I want to stop them. There are so many scopes in computer and coding.
