Congratulations on your academic achievements! Your performance in your second year is impressive, and it should increase your chances of obtaining admission to an IT or computer-related course. However, the admission process for each institution can be different, and other factors such as the number of available seats, the number of applicants, and the difficulty of the course can also influence admission decisions. I would recommend researching the admission requirements for the specific programs and institutions you are interested in, and also considering other factors such as the quality of education and opportunities for research or internships in the field.

At least you have to be above 90% just to ensure any possibility, but every year the cutoff changes . Sometimes it goes high or remains at the same.
I was admitted in Electrical Engg in the second year after my diploma marks 89% with OBC category.
Now, it is been 4 years. According to me you should have at least 92 to 93%.
