GNIOT MBA/PGDM Eligibility & Highlights 2025
GNIOT MBA is a two-year course. The college offers an MBA in four other specialisations, such as MBA in Health Care and Hospital Management, Business Analytics, etc. These courses are offered in affiliation with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. At GNIOT, students can also study a two-year PGDM course, which is approved by AICTE, the Ministry of HRD and the Government of India.
GNIOT MBA admission is entrance-based. Candidates who are willing to get admission to this course must qualify for either CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ ATMA entrance exams with a valid score. The final selection is based on the performance of candidates in Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds conducted at the institute.
The college also offers PGDM in dual specialisation. The duration of this course is two years, which follows a trimester system. GNIOT offers PGDM via the GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) across seven specialisations. For example, if a candidate with a CAT percentile of 99 belonging to the General category is selected for the WAT/GD-PI of IIM Calcutta, then the CAT cut-off for IIM Calcutta is 99 percentile. Only those candidates who make it to the WAT/GD-PI round of IIMs will get to know the cut-offs.
