Overall, it is the best and memorable college.
Placements: My batch has 150 students. The highest package offered is 8 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Reliance Industries Limited, TCS, Wipro etc. My batchmates were into Infosys, TCS etc. The top roles offered were accountant, finance manager etc.
Infrastructure: Practical classes are conducted in computer labs weekly thrice. It provides complete practical knowledge of the commerce and accounts fields. The library is open during college hours with a number of useful and knowledgeable books. We don't have hostel facilities for the S. R. Nagar branch of Haindavi College in Hyderabad.
Faculty: The teaching quality in our college is very good. The faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are Ph.D. holders in their respective subjects. The teaching quality makes every student ready to face the practical commerce industry and accounts department. The semester exams are a bit difficult, and it is good as we can face practical situations in the commerce and accounts fields, which makes students bold and confident about their learnings. The passing percentage would be around 60%.
Other: I am a commerce background student in my intermediate and chose this course and doing CA course simultaneously. The accounting part is the best thing in my course, I feel. More practical exposure is needed in this field before entering into reality. Fests and events are celebrated so greatly on campus. Equal importance is given to extracurricular activities, which I feel much needed in this generation. Not only studies but we also have to be involved in everything which makes us happy.
