HCL Madurai was started with the idea of offering job-ready courses to students. The institute offers two certificate programmes for the duration of 12 months. These courses train students to enter the IT Service and digital support roles by providing them essential skills and training. 1. Early Career Programme for IT Services

The programmes open up career options in the IT Service industry for the students after a short training of 12 months after passing class 12. During the course duration students undergoes an internship for which they are also offered a stipend of INR 10,000. Students get best-in-class industry-certified training. Selected students also get the opportunity to go for on-site projects as per industry demand.

2. Early Career Programme for Digital Process Support

The second programme offered at the HCL TechBee, Madurai provide students with skill and training to enter the Digital process. Students get the opportunity to do an internship for which students even get INR 10,000 as a stipend.

Additionally, the HCL College Madurai offers other degree courses such as BSc in Design and Computing, BCA, MCA, BBA, BCom, MBA, MCA, etc. in online or distance mode in partnership with multiple universities. Following are universities that have partnered with the institute to offer programmes and their eligibility requirements:

• BITS Pilani, SASTRA University: Candidates who have successfully completed the early career programme at the institute are eligible to apply to the university directly.
• Amity University, IIM Nagpur, IIIT Kottayam, and KL University: Candidates who have been successfully placed as full-time employees at HCLTech are eligible to directly apply to the university.
