Heritage Institute of Management and Communication was established in 2012 and is a private institute. HIMCOM admission to UG and PG courses is based on merit/entrance-based. For BA (JMC) + DMLP, the candidate need to complete class 12 with 50% aggregate and for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) + DMLP, thecandidate required graduation with 50% aggregate. The selection criteria for the course is entrance test + interview. After clearing the entrance exam, the applicant has to got through an interactive interview.
