In the end what matters is how you utilize your three years.

Placements: The placement scenario is not that great. Though good companies show up for recruitment, most of them want B.Com or Economics graduates. Also, the English departments do not show much interest in helping their students get placed. Before the placements start, the placement department of the college conducts training programs for the students so that they will not face any problems when the placements occur.

Infrastructure: Dyal Singh College had good infrastructure when I was studying there. I can easily compare it with prime colleges like Hindu, Hansraj, etc. We always won the award for the best green campus and the most beautiful garden in Delhi. There are new buildings, which include a special Science block with better laboratories.

Faculty: As far as academics are concerned, the English department boasts a highly qualified faculty. The teachers were exceptional in their domains. I believe this was the norm throughout all the departments. Clean and hygienic canteens are also maintained. The campus is very clean. In one word, the campus is well-maintained.

You’ll get to learn more from others and share your knowledge with them.

Placements: The quality of placement is good. Career focused training and technical sessions are often held which are organized by the placements and training department. Our college provided 91% placements for the students. Some of the students get more than 2 offers in different companies for different roles. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college has a nice infrastructure having green trees and a great building construction. The students need yo rectify as soon as possible. Separate hostels are available for both boys and girls. Open theatre auditorium and Wi-Fi access facilities are especially made available for the students. They can avail these facilities inside the campus. For the unlimited knowledge gain, there is a Central library. Among different categories of books we can easily find our favourite and necessary books through e-search.

Faculty: The students can get more information about technical education with the updated syllabus. The curriculum should be improved every 3 years. To overcome the technical needs, some extra topics are added in the syllabus which are more relevant to the industrial expectations. Al related methods and systems are attached with the syllabus. The staff is highly educated having done their doctorates in reputed fields.

Placements: More than 50 per cent of students got placed in this course. This college provides good placements and internship opportunities. The best companies visiting the college are Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, Tata, Teach Mahindra, and Accenture. The highest package offered was 29 LPA the lowest is 1.2 LPA, and the average is 7 LPA.

Infrastructure: We have good infrastructure and facilities available in this college. All the available facilities are classrooms, electricity, a library, labs, uniforms, Wi-Fi, computer systems, and playing games are qualified. Canteens and hostel mess are not available.

Faculty: Teaching quality is good in this college all the staff members available are knowledgeable, experienced, and educated. Course-related and updated subjects are given, which makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are also conducted well and the pass percentage in this department is 80%.
