Courses	Eligibility
UG Diploma	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and English with above mention marks in aggregate from recognised Board. Result awaited students can also apply on provisional basis.
D.Pharma	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and English with above mention marks in aggregate from recognised Board. Result awaited students can also apply on provisional basis.
GNM	Candidate must have passed 10 + 2 examination with English and must have obtained mentioned marks at the qualifying examination and English individually for any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government. However Science is preferable. Candidates who have passed 10+2 with English having mentioned marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing council OR 10+2 with English having same mentioned marks in Vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/Centre, are also Eligible. (Note: 5% is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.)
