Yes, you can still get a BA (Hons) degree from IGNOU even if you are an ISC board student; provided that you satisfy the eligibility requirements in terms of minimum marks and subjects prescribed for the intended specialization, your ISC board schooling is no bar to admission into IGNOU's BA (Hons)
