I am not sure I understood your question correctly. If you want to understand CAT cutoff, it varies for different institutes, different categories and different background. For example an engineering male graduate from general category at IIM Ahmedabad would have to secure 99.5% percentile to merit an interview call. Whereas for a female commerce graduate it might be around 97 percentile. In short, you should give your best and secure as much marks as you can. Higher marks usually gives you an advantage during interview. All other things are externalities that you can not control.

A few b-schools accept students based on their profile (mostly work-experience). You can look at that. Yes, there are. IIMs are known to promote diversity and they strive to get good candidates from all domains (For example: we have doctors, lawyers too). However IIMs do not offer any advantage to BBA graduate over others and you will have to compete with everyone else to get a seat in IIMs.

I don't think you would get good college with this percentile. I would suggest that you prepare well and write it once more. But to answer your question, IIT Madras, TA Pai, XIME Bangalore, etc. accept MAT score. Also if you are writing MAT, i would suggest that you write CAT as well. There are better colleges enrolled with CAT.

It would totally depend on your preference and your strengths. For example, if you are good in quant I would suggest finance or general MBA. Or you like marketing or operations, you can choose that specialization. Job prospect wise, its all same with minor difference. I would recommend that you pick courses/specialization that you like or are good at.

There are several areas that offer courses for all the students. However in first year, everyone has to complete same courses and there are no choices offered. However in second year you can pick which area you want to specialize in. There are several areas including and not limited to Marketing, Finance, HR, Public Policy, Strategy, Organization Behavior, Quantitative etc.

There are certain courses that take admission on profile, but that is limited for people who have some work experience. In my experience that is harder to crack. However you can look at that. One such institute is S.P. Jain. You can inquire more about that from admission office.
