GMAT exams are flexible and you can take it whenever you desire. CAT on the other hand is once a year exam which is usually organized in November. Course curriculum is almost same for both and includes quantitative abilities, verbal and logical reasoning. However exam pattern is different, GMAT is adaptive where as CAT is not.

There are several MBA entrance examination in India like, CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, etc. Post which you will need to apply for the institute of your preference (at times you might not have too as well). Then with sufficient preparation you are expected to write the examination. After results are declared, all colleges invite students for interview/ group discussion/ written ability test etc. Post which they declare the results, which concludes the admission process. Regarding fee, there is no difference when MBA in marketing or finance or any other major. You can check fee for the colleges you are targeting on their website.

Plan, work, chase, achieve. Simple.

I don't think IIM-A provides distance MBA. As far as I know, only these assist in distance MBA: IIM-Kolkata, IIM-Lucknow, IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Kozhikode. But still, check out the latest news.

The only solution for this is practice. I would encourage you to practice more and more. If you can, form a group of three to four friends and make it a point to converse in English always. At the same time listen to audio books of novels or whatever you are interested in. You should also try to write one essay daily, it will help you in restructuring your thoughts in English. And lastly, get a subscription of good English daily newspaper or magazine and read it loud daily for at least 30 minutes. In short, more you practice, better you will be.

Yes, you can absolutely study for CAT while doing a BBA. IIMs don't discriminate between graduation major, on the contrary they promote diversity in the background. Also it is not compulsory to have work experience to join IIMs. However IIMA has recently started to encourage freshers to take a deferred admission to have work experience of two years. Also people with work experience, at times, have slight advantage in placements (it's not much though).

I don't think you stand a chance of getting into top six IIMs with 85 percentile. For general category students the cutoff goes as high as 98 percentile. However if you from non-engineering background, the cutoff are slightly lower. I would suggest that you give your best shot at CAT and not worry about cutoff now. Higher you score, better chances you have of qualifying.
