PhD at IIM Shillong is a doctoral level course with a duration of four years. IIM Shillong PhD course is available in both full and part-time modes in seven specialisations which include Economics and Public Policy, Finance and Control, Information Systems & Analytics and more.
IIM Shillong PhD admissions are decided on entrance basis through the scores obtained in one of GMAT, CAT, GRE, GATE or UGC - NET. However, candidates who cleared PGPM from IIMs or any top 50 universities in the NIRF 2025 report with a CGPA of 6.5 and higher and a minimum 5 years post PGP experience are not required to clear the aforementioned exams.
