IIM Sirmaur follows the reservation policy of the Government of India for admission in MBA. It allocates 27% of its seats to NC-OBC, 15% to SCs, 7.5% to STs, and 10% to EWS. Reservation of 5% is provided for PwD across all categories.
There is no such provision to take admission in any of the course offered at IIM Sirmaur without taking the required entrance exam prescribed for that particual programme. IIM Sirmaur courses admissions are entirely entrance exam based. Aspiring candidates must check the selection process for their desired programme. For admission in MBA programme at IIM Sirmaur candidates should appear for the CAT exam as candidates will be shortlisted for the personal interview (PI) round based on the CAT score. Selected candidates will have to report to the admission cell at IIM Sirmaur for document verification and fee payment for final seat locking.
