The major percentage of students enrolled were from Science & Engineering background followed by Commerce and Management backgrounds. The overall average package received in 2025 was INR 13.3 LPA. Other than this, the average stipend received by the MBA batch of 2024-26 was INR 54,829. Top recruiters such as EY, PwC and ICICI Bank visited the campus in 2025.

Earlier, the average and median package offered during MBA placements 2024 stood at INR 13.93 LPA and INR 12.49 LPA, respectively. Further, MBA THM students received the average and median package of INR 13.32 LPA and INR 12 LPA in 2024.

Candidates seeking admission to the MBA programme at IIM Sirmaur must meet the overall and section-wise CAT percentile.
