RAT is an objective-type exam. The questions asked in the entrance test are around the topics such as reading comprehension, quantitative ability, verbal ability, data interpretation, and logical reasoning.

IIM Rohtak offers a large diversity of courses to students in Management field. IIM Rohtak admissions are held on the basis of entrance tests. Students seeking course admissions must clear their previous qualifying examination and appear for any of the prescribed entrance exams such as XAT among others. IIM Rohtak has a fee-refund policy for students who meet the eligibility requirements. The institute will refund the amount after deducting the processing fee of INR 1,000. The refund amount will be credited to the bank account of the students. 

The courses offered at IIM Rohtak include PGP, Doctoral Programme (DPM), Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM),   Five Year Integrated Programme in Law (IPL), Fellow Programme in Management (Part-time), One Year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives ( PGPx), Executive Education (Short Term), and Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management (EPGDSM).

Yes, you can exit the programme at the end of the third year. A degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is given to students exiting after completion of three years.

To get admission to EGPDSM course at IIM Rohtak, the minimum eligibility is to get a UG degree with minimum 50% aggregate in the last qualfiying exam of the undergraduate course. Further,   applicants with some work experience in a relevant field will have an added advantage. IIM Rohtak shortlists students by conducting an online Sports Aptitude Assessment Test. The final selection is done based on the performance of candidates in PI round.

Other fee components, such as the mess, placement facility charges, and development charge, among others, will be charged separately to students and are not included in the tuition fee. The candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate for General category students. Students belonging to the SC/ST/PWD (DA) category will be given a concession of 5% in the total aggregate. This means, the candidates belonging to these categories should have a minimum of 55% aggregate to qaulify for the exam. Moreover, the selection process includes IPM Aptitude Test. To qualify for the exam, candidates must check the IPMAT syllabus and preparation strategy.

Yes, all the candidates have to fill out the registration form of IIM-R separately to apply for admission at the institute. Before applying for the PGP/ MBA course at IIM Rohtak, candidates must secure a valid percentile in the CAT entrance exam. IIM Rohtak application process is completely online. Along with filling the application form, candidates also have to upload a set of documents in the prescribed format and pay an application fee of INR 2,000.
