Yes, all the candidates have to fill out the registration form of IIM-R separately to apply for admission at the institute. Before applying for the PGP/ MBA course at IIM Rohtak, candidates must secure a valid percentile in the CAT entrance exam. IIM Rohtak application process is completely online. Along with filling the application form, candidates also have to upload a set of documents in the prescribed format and pay an application fee of INR 2,000. The candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate for General category students. Students belonging to the SC/ST/PWD (DA) category will be given a concession of 5% in the total aggregate. This means, the candidates belonging to these categories should have a minimum of 55% aggregate to qaulify for the exam. Moreover, the selection process includes IPM Aptitude Test. EPGDSM is a specialised Diploma programme in Sports Management. In this course, students are taught about general Management and offered deep knowledge about core Sports Management.

The duration of this course is two years, which includes total 560 interactive sessions with a mix of Offline Sessions, Online Sessions, Project Work and Industrial Visits. Students pursuing EPGDSM course from IIM Rohtak receives opportunity to pursue MSc in Sports Management from Ulster University, UK after the  completion of EPGDSM programme.
