Placements: The Post Graduate Programme in Management (Human Resources) achieved the second position in placement rankings at IIM Trichy. Various companies offered internship roles for the position of HR to pre-final year students. TCS, Accenture, and Infosys played a major role in recruitment.

Infrastructure: The atmosphere created a successful mindset for students. It provides hope and confidence in approaching new things. It made students come out of their comfort zones and try new ideas. Clusters of students from all branches jointly participated in various cultural activities.

Faculty: Professors were multitaskers, and they performed multiple tasks at the same time. They conducted special webinars for interested students free of cost, sharing a lot of useful information. They always prepared students for exams with a focus on grade points and kept their work organized at all times.

The college finds successful youth talents.

Placements: Postgraduate Programme in Management students received 73 offers, including 13 offers from the top corporates with a payable salary of 15.6 LPA. The rest of the offers provide moderate packages ranging between 3.4-5.7 LPA. The college placements are worth the chargeable fees.

Infrastructure: The college usually follows a lot of formalities to maintain its standards at a high level. To concentrate on sports and other activities, and to grow our talent, special sessions for extracurricular activities are arranged. The college is so familiar and so environmentally friendly.

Faculty: Teachers have structured lesson plans and maintain healthy relationships between their communities. They make themselves available at all times, considering the students' queries as a priority over their personal work. But only a few of the teachers provide such impact to the curriculum, while others are not responsible at all the time.

Placements: According to the college's placement data, 124 companies showed active recruitment from our college during my final year. However, 3 to 4 companies hired 106 students and shared their call letters after one year of course completion.

Infrastructure: College is known for its excellence in its infrastructure, with good reports for its consistent performance in all areas. It's easier to approach the higher authorities of the college to discuss anything. The canteen has spacious areas, so it's crowded most of the time.

Faculty: We were able to see the publications of our faculty members in a few conferences and books. Such publications speak out the knowledge and experience of the teachers and their passion towards their work. All their techniques for discussing the lesson plans are quite interesting.

The management was so good at IIM Trichy.

Placements: The college was ranked for placements by various organizations. The highest, average, and the least package provided to the hired students from our college was 17.8 LPA, 6.5 LPA, and 4.3 LPA, which was given by various corporate companies for the disciplines of PGPM.

Infrastructure: The regulations of the college have changed every four years. There was relaxing seating available in the canteen areas. Canteen areas were handled by the professional contractors, but this changed when there will be a lot of complaints were received from students.

Faculty: Teachers simultaneously collect various feedback on all the subjects, coaching, and about all the subject teachers, thrice in a semester. All this feedback was submitted to the Head of Department, who would take mandatory measures to resolve any issues that arise.

Our college is highlighted by its performance.

Placements: Companies like Microsoft, HSBC, BNY Mellon, Accenture, and GAIL must participate in every drive. The top salary package offered to the students of the graduate program would be 16.7 lacs which would be lower than other undergraduate courses from our college. The package for an internship would be between 1 to 1.5 lacs for a year.

Infrastructure: Most resourceful libraries with online and offline collections. Students can use the library whenever they needed. And we won't be afraid of security systems in the college, security cameras are fixed everywhere in the campus area. Also, you can find some good places for relaxing in the canteen portions.

Faculty: It's one of the remarkable institutions in Trichy and has gained a reputation for academic excellence like other IIMs in India. Most particularly all the teachers were qualified with higher degrees some of them were doctorates. Moreover, they built good relationships with the students, parents, and their colleagues.

College of national importance.

Placements: Given the condition of the market, Trichy is doing the best among all the new and baby IIMs. Top roles include investment banking analyst and CEO office. Top recruiting companies include JP Morgan, Tata Consumer Products, Avalon Consulting, and Microsoft.

Infrastructure: Hostels and classrooms are great. Our college has a green campus, with a large artificial lake and sports complex with facilities for every sport that one would want to play. It also includes gym and swimming pool. LRC is a 5-floor library with all the access to modern research sources.

Faculty: All faculty members are Ph.D. holders in their fields and come with long-term corporate and teaching experience. Course curriculum is practically designed as per the market needs and it aims to make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are challenging as the curriculum is very rigorous.

Other: All cultural events are celebrated like Onam, Diwali, and Halloween. Our college has enough opportunities for extracurricular participation like case competitions, etc. Connectivity is fine since we have an airport here.
