IIT Physics JAM cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various PG courses. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. For admission to MSc in Physics, the cutoff in respect to the General All India category candidates was closed at 425. For the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff for the same course was closed at 771. For SC AI category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 1618. 

To get a seat in IIT Indore for B.Tech in Civil Engineering, follow these steps:
1. Pass Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
2. Score 75% marks (General/OBC/EWS) or 65% marks (SC/ST/PwD), or be in the top 20 percentile of your board.
3. Register for JEE Main 2025 (January/April sessions).
4. Qualify for JEE Advanced 2025.
5. Participate in JoSAA Counselling.
6. Fill in preferences for IIT Indore and desired B.Tech branches.
Seat allotment is based on AIR, category, and availability.

To be eligible for admission to B.Tech in Electrical Engineering at IIT Indore, students must:
* Pass Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
* Score 75% marks (General/OBC/EWS) or 65% marks (SC/ST/PwD), or be in the top 20 percentile of their board.
* Be born on or after October 1, 2000 (with 5-year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD).

To get admission to M.Sc. in Astronomy at IIT Indore, candidates need to appear for the Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM) and apply through the JAM website. The admission is based on the JAM score. Candidates should check the IIT Indore website for the eligibility criteria, admission procedure, and important dates.

To get admission in B.Tech. in Space Sciences and Engineering at IIT Indore, the following documents are required:
1. Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
2. Class 12th passing certificate

5. PwD certificate (if applicable)
6. Passport size photographs

To seek direct admission for the B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science course at IIT Indore, the eligibility criteria are as follows:- The candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.- The candidate should have scored 75% marks (for General/OBC/EWS) or 65% marks (for SC/ST/PwD) or be in the top 20 percentile of their board.- The candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 2000, with a 5-year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD.- Admission to B.Tech at IIT Indore is strictly based on JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and JoSAA Counselling.

IIT Indore has a separate department for astronomy and astrophysics, and the M.Sc. in Astronomy programme is a new initiative. The curriculum for the first two semesters is the same as M.Sc. Physics, but the 3rd and 4th semesters are different. It is recommended to choose M.Sc. Astronomy only if you are sure about pursuing a career in astronomy, as it may limit your higher research and opportunities.
