Earlier, we had our admissions on merit based so it was generally after our 12th results are out. But recently this system has been changed and hence a new system is introduced i.e. CUET exams. So there isn't any specific date that when forms would be out. But according to this, we can conclude that after the declaration of cuet results every college does their application forms out for admission. Hence Deen dayal upadhyay college does the same.
Jee advanced Cutoff for admission in IISER Mohali - Indian Institute of Science Education & Research for integrated BS-MS course is 14500th rank for general category and 9100 rank in OBC NCL category. Its 3600 rank for SC category and 5200 rank for Genral-Ews category cut off for IISER Mohali.

IISER Mohali doesn't provide a BSc course, the institute only offers admission to BS-MS dual programme. For admissions in IISER Mohali candidates have to appear either in the JEE advanced exam, KVPY exam or SCB exam.
- To apply, fill out the IISER Mohali application form and submit it based on any one of three admission channels (JEE Advanced, KVPY or SCB).
- Candidates who are shortlisted will be required to attend counselling. After acquiring qualifying marks, candidates will be selected according to the merit list.
Hello Nishar Ahmed, admissions to Indian Institute of Science Education and Research can be taken via any of the three routes, by appearing for JEE advanced examination or KVPY or through the admission test conducted by this Institute itself. You can definitely get admission in this Institute since you have scored 70% in your 12th standard while eligibility criteria for general category students is kept at 60%. Of course with 70% you cannot take JEE advanced since there the eligibility is at 75%. But you can follow the path of entrance exam conducted by this Institute. IISER does not provide BSc course. It offers BSMS course. BSMS offers candidates a Bachelor's degree in Science (BS) and a Master's degree in Science (MS). These BS and MS courses are different from BSc course as they focus more on research aspects.
IISER kolkata BS and MS course rated 3.5 out of 5 by verified student while IISER mohali in same course rated 4.3 out of 5 by 35 students. Earlier, IISER admission took place through three channels, IISER Entrance Exam, JEE Main and KVPY scores. Last year onwards, the admission takes place only through IISER entrance exam scores. Hence, JEE Main scores or ranks will not be considered for admission.
