- The MAT 2026 May session registrations have started for admission to the MBA course. For the PBT mode, the registration deadline is May 25, 2026, with the exam scheduled for May 31, 2026. For the CBT mode, the last date to register is Jun 8, 2026, for the exam taking place on Jun 14, 2026.
- The CMAT 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. Students can download their scorecards by logging into the official website.
- The CAT 2026 registration is expected to start in the Aug, 2026 for admission to the MBA course.
- The ATMA 2026 May session registration has started for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. The last date to register is Apr 21, 2026, with the exam scheduled for May 3, 2026.
- The GATE COAP 2026 registration link is active for admission to ME/MTech programmes. The GATE COAP 2026 round 1 window to view offers and make a decision will be opened on May 11, 2026 (10 AM).

The MBA (Day), MBA (Eve), MBA (PS), and MBA (HRM) programmes are offered by the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM) in Kolkata. Definitely, you can get admission to this college with 88% in CAT. The last year cutoff for this college was 55 percentile so it is obvious that we can get a seat in this college. But you have to keep an eye on the cutoffs. Because it changes year by year and college by college. So you have to be careful while trusting last year's cutoffs . In my opinion we should not go after the cutoff because for example the college cutoff might be increased by next. So, it is best to practise for scoring a good percentile in CAT Examination.
There are many ways to join this college. There are 7 Entrance examination for taking admission in this college. Before that we have to get more than 50% in Graduation . Yes, you could get a call from IISWBM Kolkata with an overall percentile of 55% in CAT. According to the IISWBM CAT cutoff 2024, the qualifying percentile was 50.35 for the Gender-Neutral All India categories. The CAT cutoffs in 2024 and 2023 were also 50.35.
Students should know that the institute does not release the CAT cutoff publicly. The cutoff is only available by account login to those candidates who appear in the CAT exam. Hence, the cutoff data is based on previous years’ trends, and the actual one might vary.
If a student passes the Semester End Examination but fails/missesthe course's internal evaluation, he or she must retake the course's internal assessment. His/her semester end examination marks, however, will be carried over, and he/she will be entitled to the passing grade.
If a student fails/misses both the Semester End Examination and the course's internal assessment, they must retake both at the next semester examinations or any supplemental exams held at their universities.
