Very good college for middle class students.
Placements: Some students are getting placement in this college, but not everyone. INR 4 Lacs is the lowest average package offered in my college and INR 10 Lacs is the highest average package offered in my college. Only the information technology department can get placement in this college.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are very good at this college. Wi-Fi is available in every department but is not free for everyone. Only some students can get access to this. The labs are full of all the instruments that are useful for the experiments. Classrooms are good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. All the teachers are graduates from IIT in M.Tech. and Ph.D. Semester exams are not difficult in my department. But difficult in other departments. Approximately 90 percent of students pass the semester. Teachers are knowledgeable.

The infrastructure is not good, but the teaching is. In 2023, the average package is INR 4 LPA.
Placements: In my college, the placement cell is good, and the students who have the capability to crack the interview are good. In our college, 70 students out of 300 are placed in various reputed companies. The highest package is INR 7.5 LPA, the lowest is INR 2.5 LPA, and the average is INR 4 LPA. The top recruitment is in tata projects and through the GATE exam in PSU, AE, and JE. 70% of students prefer government internships. The top roles in my course are assistant engineer and junior engineer in the government sector and the PSU sector.
Infrastructure: At my college, smart classrooms are available. The labs at my college have a second rank in MP. Libraries are not good; mostly books are absent in libraries. Boys hostel conditions are not good, but girls hostels have very good conditions and provide good food. Four girls hostels are present in our college. Medical facilities are not good. The sports and games in our college are conducted every year, like nodal of RGPV is conducted in our college.
Faculty: The teachers of the civil branch in my college have very good behavior, and they help students in various operations. Teaching quality is average. Teachers make students ready for government jobs. Engineer exams, placement companies, and GATE exams are easy, and 90% of students pass.
Other: The majority of the students are passed in my branch, and they are placed in many government fields. The technical fest is conducted every year, and various types of events are conducted in college, like poetry, table tennis, poster making, bug deduction, coding contests, treasure hunts, etc. Scholarships are provided for SC, ST, and OBC, and national scholarships are provided for your category.

Review of Indira Gandhi Engineering College.
Placements: Placements are better in our college. Companies are good for students who develop their skills in placements, but the IT department has the advantage. The average salary package offered ranges from 10 LPA to 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available. The library is good, and several books are available. Hostel facilities are good. The food served in the mess is better. Sports are conducted. Medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Professors are very good. The syllabus is excellent. Semester exams are moderate. Several study materials are provided at our college.
Other: I opted for this course because it provides many benefits for a better future. Scholarships are provided to eligible students. Events are conducted. The campus crowd is huge. There are 60 to 70 students in each branch.

Our college provides good studies and examinations.
Placements: Around 100% of students are placed. The average salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA to 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Birla Cement, Ambuja Cement Factory, etc. Minimum 30% of students get internships in our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are average in this college. Wi-Fi is enabled on campus, but only professors can use them. Laboratories are available, and hostel facilities are also provided. Classrooms and library are average. The canteen is not provided. Medical facilities are not good. Sports and games are good in this college.
Faculty: Our course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are good, and the pass percentage is 45%.

Our college is the best for middle-class and poor families because fees are very low.
Placements: Placements are good in our college. Our college has placed approximately 70 students. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. All students who wanted to join the companies got placed. Many companies visited our college this year but the salary package offered is less because of the state government college.
Infrastructure: In our college, Wi-Fi is available and labs are good. The library is good. The classroom is average, and the hostel is in poor condition. There is only a small canteen in our college. Sports and games are available.
Faculty: Teachers have very good experience in our college. They are very helpful and experienced. The teaching quality is very good but you do not expect life as an IIT or NIT student. It is only for degree colleges and the exam is conducted by RGPV.
Other: NCC is available for interested students and everything is good in our college.

If students avail to get another college then they should get admission in other colleges.
Placements: Around 2% of students are placed. There are no internships in this course, and no companies visit for placements. Placements are not good in this college. All students are ready for the government exam, because there are no placements or internships in the IT branch.
Infrastructure: Our college does not provide any Wi-Fi for students. All branch has laboratories, but the instrument does not work properly. The classrooms are good and the fan is also provided. It provides a library for two categories i.e first is general, OBC, and the second is for ST, SC. In the general and OBC categories, students can issue only two books. The laboratory is not good in this college, and students do not get knowledge easily.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good in this college. The semester exam is averagely difficult, and the pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I opted for this course, because I love civil engineering. My dream is to become a good civil engineer.

The college is good, but the faculty members and placements are not good.
Placements: I'm a 2nd-year student of this college. There is almost no possibility of getting placed in this college. They will tell you that they send students for off-campus recruitment to other colleges like JEC, but the thing is, you can apply for that on your own, and there is no role of college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, and the campus area is around 220 acres. It is a hilly area. There are separate blocks for courses like civil, electronics and communication, IT, EE and mechanical. For all these blocks, there are some separate professors and assistant professors. There are separate hostels for boys and girls near the college. In hostels, Wi-Fi and sports facilities are available.
Faculty: The college is affiliated with RGPV, and the course curriculum and exam structure are good. The course should be more practical than theoretical. The industry specialists visit our college for seminars, and I found it very helpful professionally.
