My college is the best in central India, featuring numerous expert faculty members and departments.

Placements: Almost all the students got placed in my branch. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 5.5 LPA. L&T, Ultratech Cement, and HMBS are the top recruiting companies. Nearly all students secure internships with reputable companies like NTPC.

Infrastructure: My college is set on 250 acres. It features a large campus with numerous facilities. Every classroom has a skateboard and a big library. All branches have their dedicated labs. There are two boys' hostels and one girls' hostel. The college mess maintains hygienic conditions.

Faculty: Almost all faculty members are from IITs and NITs. They are very supportive and help us a lot. There are mid-term and sessional exams in each semester, which are of moderate difficulty. We must pass these exams with a score of 50%, and if we fail, we have to retake the exam.

Other: I chose the civil engineering branch because it is the best branch in my college. All my faculty members are highly regarded. A cultural fest called AARAMBH is held every year.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty members!

Placements: Usually, from the second year, internships start in REC. Internships have a positive impact on interviews. Civil and Mechanical students generally prepare for government jobs, so limited companies for these two branches in REC (Aditya Birla and JP Cement always come for civil). In REC, Electronics and Communication students have achieved the highest packages of 16 LPA and 12 LPA. But it depends on the candidates and the most important thing is "SKILL MATTERS".

Infrastructure: All the respective departments have their well-managed labs and classes. The labs and workshops have magnificent machines. In comparison to colleges like Government College Sagar and other colleges like Nowgaon, etc., Rewa Engineering College has a collection of machines, 3D printers, and so on that private colleges could not afford.

Faculty: Well-educated and supportive teachers. Usually, in the first year, you will be living the golden days of your life with teachers like Maths HOD and first-year coordinator Uttam Sir, Satyaprakash Sir, Physics HOD Sandeep Sir, Manishi Sir, Rajneesh Chaturvedi Sir, Praveen Nagesh Sir, Iksha Mam, Vandana Mam, HOD Manoj Solanki Sir, Pooja Mam, and Ruchira Mam. They are the stars of REC, accompanied by DK Jain and RP Tiwari Sir. There are 8 semesters in B.Tech/BE. The mid-tests are too easy for those who spend their time and attention in class and give 3-4 hours at home daily. The mid-test consists of a quiz of 10 marks and theory of 20 marks (mid-test paper by the college) and a 70 marks final exam conducted by RGPV.

Other: I got B.Tech in Civil Engineering, and the best thing about it was for those who wanted to spend their life in government jobs like Assistant Engineer, SDO, etc. The college has various clubs like the design club, Abhiruchi club, sports club, and REC PEDIA. All of them conduct an annual fest every year named Aarambh (like Aarambh 2k20). Scholarships are provided for those who score a percentile above 90 by the government or those who score 80 or above in the Madhya Pradesh board exam. Rewa Engineering College has been a great institute.

Placements: There are good placement offers if we talk about computer science. Other streams have fewer placement offers or fewer on-campus placements. The highest package was offered in the mechanical branch, and if we talk about a average, it was about INR 10–12 Lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is also not up to the mark, but courses are good, and hostels are provided separately for boys and girls. However, the girls hostel is outside the college campus. However, the environment of the college is good. Labs are good and the library has books we need and is very helpful.

Faculty: Recently, faculty were not good in the civil department, but other than that, it is good. Exams are conducted on time, and curriculum activities are also up to par. Semester exams are quite easy and help us gain many values from being engineers. Teachers in the mechanical branch are highly qualified too.

Our college has good infrastructure and it is affordable.

Placements: There were no placements for out batch due the pandemic. But there are many placements opportunities for students who are willing to go for some core jobs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. Laboratories were also good.

Faculty: Faculty members were knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. They were having vast knowledge of the subject. Students get good practical opportunities. Some vacant positions were filled by contract lecturers, but they also had good knowledge. The course is designed by RGVP. All exams, results, and syllabus are published by RGPV.

Other: This college is good for civil engineering course. There are around 3 - 4 cement plants nearby, which are good to sharpen your core knowledge about the field.

It has the best college campus available all over Vindhya Kshetra, and is NBA accredited.

Placements: Approximately 60% to 75% of the students get placed each year. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Laurence and Turbo, Byjus, Wipro, Relevel, Tata Consultancy Services, and Infosys. Almost 85% of the students are getting internships from our course in different companies.

Infrastructure: It has well-furnished furniture and neat and clean campus. Overall it has a good appearance and a prime location. There are advanced laboratories. Wi-Fi support is available on the campus and 24X7 internet is provided. All the classrooms are neat and clean and everyone can study in any manner. A huge quantity of books from different authors and different publications are available for the students to help and support in the library.

Faculty: Overall, we have experienced group of teachers dedicated to our syllabus and are supportive. Each of them is well qualified from recognised universities or IITs. Overall 80 to 85% of the students qualify the exams in each semester. The remaining students get support by a group of teachers to clear the exam through remedial classes.

Very much satisfied with faculty members but not placements.

Placements: There are not many campus placements, but you can sit for open-campus drives to get placed. In terms of campus placements, I think this is not a good college, but the tutors here are very well-qualified. You can get government jobs if you prepare hard.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are equipped with modern equipment. Wi-Fi is available on campus. Labs are very good, and a library is available with a huge variety of books. Medical facilities are available on campus. Sports and games are played regularly. A mess is available in the hostel, but there is no canteen on the campus.

Faculty: I think Rewa Engineering College is one of the best colleges in Central India in terms of faculty as they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are from IITs and NITs, and their teaching quality is very good. The newly designed syllabus of RGPV is as per the industrial requirements, and you will not have to prepare much hard to get good marks in university exams.

Other: I chose civil engineering. I think if you get a chance to study civil engineering at this college, don't miss the chance. Civil engineering in this college is considered to be a reputed one. The campus is very good. Connectivity to the city is average. Scholarships are provided by the state government. Extracurricular activities are arranged from time to time.

Faculty members are highly knowledgeable and hardworking.

Placements: There is no guarantee for placement. The package offered in my college is between 2to 5 Lacs per annum. JP Cement, Ultratech are some of the top recruiters for civil engineering students in my college. There are various cultural events organized by the college in which different roles like event planner, recruiter, social media advisory, etc. are offered.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is better than an average government colleges. The classrooms are well lit and have proper facilities. We also have projectors in each classroom. The library also satisfies the needs of students we also have e-library in our college so that students could access any book any time they want to. Hostel is also nice, the food is decent. Sadly, we don't have any canteen in the college campus. We have a healthcare centre for college students. Sports and games are organised by various clubs in the college.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly knowledgeable and hardworking. They always try to give their best. In each semester they somehow manage to complete 80-90% of course which is really a big thing for a government college. The curriculum is highly essential for engineering students. Proper practicals helps the students to become industry ready by sharpening their skills and it also helps them in gaining new skills.

Other: Rewa Engineering College is one of the best college for civil engineering in Madhya Pradesh. Moreover I am from Rewa so it was quite easier for me to adjust in the college environment. I always wish if there was enough time given foe each semester then we could have done some more practicals. Campus surrounding is not really good there is a slum just next to our college campus but since our campus is quite big so it doesn't affects us.

Rewa Engineering College is an old college but is average.

Placements: It is a good college, but only a few students get placed from college. Companies are visiting the campus very rarely. But the percentage of students getting placed is very low. It is not fine for students, and exams are not conducted on time. Salary packages offered are also very low. Companies that visit the capus are less developed.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available, but the speed is very low. The infrastructure of the college is good, but the condition is not well. Fans do not work properly, and sports are not held on campus. Even hostel students are not offered sports equipment. Activities are going on campus, but students do not come to know about them. Facilities provided are very bad. Even the windows are very bad, and there is no proper road for hostel students. I request the authorities to upgrade it.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and understanding. They share their mobile numbers with students for understanding. Students in our college give respect to teachers and seniors. But ragging is going on in college.

Other: Our college provides good study but facilities provided are very low. Fans are not work properly. Time value is very good here.
