Bachelor of Legislative Law (LL.B. Hons.) - Batch of 2027

Good campus and average placements.
Placements: I'm from the LL.B. 3-year program, 2024-2027, Indore Institute of Law. Around 30%-35% of students of the LL.B. program secured placement. The highest package offered is around 6 LPA and the lowest is 3.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include a law firm, Khaitan & Co., Luthra and Luthra.
Infrastructure: College provides well-equipped classrooms with smart boards, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated law library with a collection of legal texts and journals, and moot court halls for practical training. The structure is modern and well-maintained and well-structured.
Faculty: The teachers are generally helpful, well-qualified, and possess good subject knowledge. Most of them are appropriate and supportive, especially when it comes to moot court, research in drafting, and academic guidance. The teacher's qualities are satisfactory, with a mix of theoretical and practical insight.
Other: I chose this course because I've always been passionate about law and social justice. The three-year LL.B. is well-suited for graduates like me who want to pursue a career in litigation, the judiciary, and corporate law. The best thing about the course is the experienced faculty and practical knowledge. They focus on legal research and moot court. The good library and academy resources area needs to be improved. More focus on internship and real-world exposure. Regular updates in the curriculum to reflect current legal trends. Better placement assistance and industry connections. Regular fests are conducted.

Placement is not guaranteed.
Placements: 25 percent students are placed in LLB courses. There is no average or lowest package for internship. The recruiting companies are not too famous. Students need to go for internships by themselves because college doesn't guarantee you to provide internships.
Infrastructure: Classes are too good. The facilities of water, sports, and everything are provided by the college. WiFi, labs, AC in classes, libraries, etc. facilities are good. Hostels are too luxurious and canteen food is so good. Medical facilities are also on college.
Faculty: Teachers behavior is not good. They don't help students. Also, they are not too knowledgeable which I was excited about. Curriculum activists are done every month. The teachers are not cooperative, and because of this, students face many problems regarding studies and exams.
Other: The college is far from the city area, at Rau Indore. Transportation facilities are less. And the fees are higher than other colleges. Classes are much better. The campus is good, but teachers are not too good. They are careless.

Our college has the best faculty members, infrastructure, and environment.
Placements: There are many placement programs for students and they are beneficial. Many students opt for placements. Many top companies visit our college every year for placements.
Infrastructure: The hostel provides many facilities like beds, chairs, and cupboards. Our college provides security for students. The mess facility is good and they take fewer charges every six months.
Faculty: Teachers are much experienced, helpful, and qualified. Our college has the best teachers. They help us at every stage.
Other: Indore Institute of Law is a top college in Madhya Pradesh. It is the best college compared to other colleges. There are many curriculum activities and events organised in our college for skill development.

It is one of the best and affordable law schools in India.
Placements: Every year, 20-30 law firms come with job opportunities to senior students. In LL.B. course, there are less opportunities compared to the 5-year integrated course. This year, the highest package offered was 8.1 LPA, and the companies visiting were very good, like Trans-India Law Associates, Tri Legal, Luthra and Luthra, and various other well-known companies.
Infrastructure: The college has a good library with every type of book available. We also have a computer lab where students can research law articles. We have sports facilities also, like volleyball, basketball and cricket grounds. Our college has its own hostels, but the rules and regulations in the hostels are a little tight. The fee is expensive, but we get good laundry, lift, transportation, games, food and many more facilities.
Faculty: We have a well-educated faculty team. Every faculty is either a lawyer or a PhD holder, and the way they teach is almost perfect. Overall, they are great from every angle for students. The course has 2 semesters in a year, in which 6 papers in each semester are to be taken. Everyone has to clear all 6 papers and then clear aggregate, which is 50% of the 6 papers. Every paper is of 100 marks, and the passing marks are 40.

It is an average college with not so good university.
Placements: LL.B student themselves are not much motivated towards taking campus placement as many of them are either preparing themselves for litigation or legal services, and rest are either enrolled in CS, and the left ones are good for nothing. Internship opportunities are not given, and you have to take it. The placement cell which manages for internships is concerned only about the students of the five-year programme if you want internship from them you have to be very good at least in their eyes.
Infrastructure: Maximum classrooms in our college are good and air-conditioned. They even have smart support. Hostels have good rooms are specious. I have an air-conditioned triple sharing room. Facilities and rooms provided are above average. Library on our campus is good you would find a wide range of reference books, online support like Manu Patra, SSC, etc., are easily accessible. The only problem is that the library does not have air-conditioners installed so in summers, it's hard to study there. Sports on our campus are average. Hostels have Wi-Fi which works occasionally.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are average, and a few are below average. Almost 50% of teachers have only 3-4 years of teaching experience. For third-year law students attendance is not compulsory so after a month or two, hardly you would get any regular class, you have to study on your own. Teachers would help you with doubts, but majorly everything has to be done by you. The course syllabus is not updated for decades. Our college is affiliated to DAVV. They do not have proper management as they are inadequate to conduct exams at the right time. From first semester students are facing a very big problem regarding date schedule of semester exams. Checking pattern of the university is the worst. It focuses more on the number of pages you have filled not on the quality of your answer.

Indore Institute of law is the key to success.
Placements: The placements were good. My seniors got a good package around 8.1 LPA. Our college provides more opportunities to students. Approximately more than 50 percent students got placement on good packages. Students are also doing good in personal practice which helps them to become a successful lawyer or judge.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Indore Institute of law is very attractive. It is the most beautiful college building in whole Indore as well as in whole Madhya Pradesh. The management is also very good in which they conduct a lot of seminars and function for personality development.
Faculty: Faculty of Indore Institute of law is one of the best faculty I have ever seen in my life. The teachers are very much supportive. They also help the students in other activities also like providing internships and all. The courses available are LL.B. (Hons), BBA. LL.B. (Hons), B.A. LL.B. (Hons). The teachers are highly qualified. The teaching methods are advanced and good. The ratio of teacher and students is 1:50 so that every student get attention.
Other: Overall, Indore Institute of law is an excellent college for studying and for making your future bright in the law field. There's fest known as Lex bonanza which is an international fest. Many more quiz competitions are conducted in this college.

Do not even think of taking admission in this college.
Placements: Some seniors, whom I know personally, didn't get placed from the college and they also say that the college didn't help much in placement. As per the students, not more than 50% were placed. The college brochure shows high packages but the students deny the same. Very few selected companies visited this college. They offered HR kind of roles and nothing else.
Infrastructure: The college campus is Wi-Fi enabled but WiFi doesn't work properly, The library is okay and there is no medical facility. Only cricket is played here. The computer labs are good but the classroom benches are typically lower grade types. Food quality in the canteen is rubbish. Mostly, we students face parking problem.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good. They are knowledgeable but in this college, mostly, students who are not interested in studies take admission. The faculty members mostly teach us using the projector but without the mic, so it is not audible. There are 240 students in one class. No industry exposure. The course curriculum is good.
Other: As per the fee taken by the college, it's not worth it. Students make fun of the teachers. The college didn't keep a fee record and they came to us asking if we have already deposited the money. We have ACs in the classrooms but they don't work.

The college faculty is good.
Placements: Around 30 to 40% of students get placement from the college. The highest package is up to 56 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Companies are not constant and change every year. The internship program is also good. You have to fill out a form to get an internship as per your convenience.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very nice. The college has a canteen, a library, and spacious classrooms. There is a volleyball court and a basketball court. The college also has medical facilities and conducts sports events.
Faculty: Faculty of the college is helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some faculty members are retired advocates, Ph.D. holders, and more. Some professors are very helpful. Semester exams are quite difficult, and in every semester, at least 10 to 15 students fail in some subjects.
Other: The college conducts many events, fests, and extracurricular activities. It includes moot court competitions, MUN, and festivals such as Induction Lex Bonanza, where you can connect with other students. There are also some societies.

It depends on your interest. If you want to go in for practice then you can do private practice, or you can chose to be corporate lawyer or you can join a penal of legal advisor in some company, or go for judicial services. The career and scope is endless. All the best. Do your best.
