Absolutely satisfied with the course and infrastructure.

Faculty: The faculty members are helpful and qualified M.Sc. in hotel management. Some had done PhDs. The teaching quality is also good. This course is curriculum relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready as they become chef etc. The semester exams are quite difficult as you have to clear practical exams, viva and theory. The pass percentage is 40%.

Infrastructure is not good but good faculty members and placements.

Faculty: Teachers of the institute are highly qualified, they are very helpful, and they teach very well ensuring every student to understand. Teachers take extra classes to the students, and they share notes on social media too in case any student wants them.

Overall Average experience. Can achieve good image with necessary changes.

Faculty: Some faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable but not all. Faculty members are assigned to teach subjects other than their core subjects which results in disaster Teaching methods needs to be updated and advanced Lack of Practical method of teaching Student to Faculty ratio is less No field visit despite of having 3star hotel in our own campus only Course curriculum needs to be updated with the trends.

IHM Guwahati is a Central Govt Institute and the largest campus in size with good infrastruture.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is excellent. The teaching methods are projectors, the faculty provides notes which can help in good marks. I am in a 1st year (2nd sem). The Industrial Exposure is from the last week of June. The course curriculum is useful.

Read a review and decide to take the admission. It's not suitable for north Indian people.

Faculty: The faculty members are good, but only for the casteism students. They favour the students of a particular caste or areas. They try to save their child if anyone is ragging them. They teach well. But if they want to talk personally, they talk in their language.

You will get everything from knowledge, job, college life everything.

Faculty: You have six semesters and every faculty member is really very experienced and knowledgeable. The way of teaching is good and some problems are other in food and beverage teaching but in same, one faculty is like god of F&B subject. rest all it is really good.

It is a good college with modern kitchen, restaurant labs, and library facilities.

Faculty: Our teaching facilities are very helpful, and they provide notes, handouts, PDF in the class, and they teach us the whole syllabus in the projector so that the students can learn easily. In the library, we get every helpful book and previous years papers to practice.

Improvement is required, overall.

Faculty: Our college faculty was quite good and helpful. They taught us very well. They were well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teachers used to brief us or read the books. Some teachers also used the projectors to teach. Few teachers just came to the class, gave some work to do and went out.
