6 years ago I've a low CAT score. Is there some other option like university's own exam through which one can get entry for pursuing MBA from NIRMA?

 CAT is the most commonly and widely accepted score. So yes, it is important.
6 years ago I got 74.47 percentile in CAT, belong to general category, 5 years work experience & 73% in 10th, 66% in 12th & BE-66%. What are my chances?

The Nirma University needs CAT percentile above 70. Hence, your chances are very good.

You have to give CAT entrance for getting into Nirma. If you get the percentile above certain percentile which Nirma decides, then you will get an interview call.
