IMCMT Fee Refund Policy 2025
If a candidate withdraws from the course programme in which he/ she was admitted in the University Teaching Departments/ Institutes/ Colleges affiliated/ maintained by the Kurukshetra University, the fee to the candidate will be refunded as per following rules:

IMCMT reserves some seats under each category. Bonafide residents of Haryana get seats under State Quota. Below is the reservation policy followed at IMCMT:

IMCMT admissions usually begin in May with registration process. Kurukshetra University closes admission for IMCMT by the end of July. The admission process includes registration, selection, merit list and fee payment. Below are the steps to get a seat in IMCMT:
STEP 1: IMCMT Application Process 2025
The application process usually begin in May for IMCMT and closes by the end of June. Candidates need to fill out the application form available on the official website of KU. Aspirants need to pay an application fee of INR 1,000 (INR 250 for SC/ NC/ Differently-abled candidates of Haryana).
STEP 2: Selection
The institute shortlists candidates for UG courses based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates need to pass Physical Efficiency Test conducted by KU for admission to PG programmes. The test is usually held in July.
STEP 3: Merit List
