Students were taught good moral values to help them face the real world.
Placements: Data Science, Research Scientist, and Data Analyst were the key career paths. There were no placements in the college, so students had to apply off-campus before completing the course. Students had to find internships on their own. Many professors visited the institute for seminars and conferences, and students could directly approach them.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facility was good. There was no scope for sports. Classrooms were all air-conditioned. The quality of food was good, but there were difficulties regarding medical facilities. The library needed improvement as more books were required. There were no labs in the college, and students had to carry their own laptops.
Faculty: A minimum of 55% was required in all papers to pass the exam. Students needed rigorous study to clear the exams, as the level of the question papers was standard. Teachers were helpful, and Ph.D. students also provided assistance. Students had to prepare themselves to be industry-ready, but they were given guidance.
Other: Sudarshan Padhy was one of the best for machine learning. Pure Mathematics needed improvement. NBHM awarded scholarships to the top five students in both B.Sc. and M.Sc.

The college needs to recruit some well-qualified faculty who can teach well.
Placements: Above 70% of students get placed. Students here really work hard to get placed by the end of the semester. Teachers are helpful to students to get placed. Many companies come here and offer many jobs to students.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are very good. Security is very tight here. Hygiene is very good. Rooms are available for everyone. Bathrooms are okay. They only need to be repaired a little. Wi-Fi is available for everyone in the hostel. A playground is available for students. Different kinds of sports are available to play.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful here. Many students are able to get the course, but a few do not because of their other backgrounds. Semester exams are very difficult. Though some teachers are unable to make the students understand properly, we get to manage it by reviewing that topic on YouTube.
Other: Every festival is celebrated here equally.

No campus placements are being held now.
Placements: Placements were good for some of our senior batches. In some of the batches, placement was 100%. Highest salary offered was 12 lakhs per annum and the lowest salary offered was 2.4 lakhs per annum. Companies like CRISIL and Sunguard visited the campus in the past. But no companies visit the campus at present. Roles like research associate and research analyst were offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Lab facilities and classrooms are good. The library is one of its kind with quality books. Food is average, not so much good or bad. Hostel rooms are nice, very spacious and comfortable.
I didn't face any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are good and qualified. The faculty members explain the concept in class and some of them made us do a computational assignment for many mathematical concepts. It is very interesting.
The course curriculum is excellent. But the drawback is, no industry exposure.

Wonderful college, and well-versed course, more placements need to be done.
Placements: Our college boasts of some highly successful placements. Senior students have been placed at RBI for internships, have taken higher studies at Florida University. Some have even taken up jobs in some great companies at prime locations in India. A senior of ours, to my knowledge, had a pay of 14 LPA. But apart from that, there is no proper Transfer and Placement cell in our college, and there is some work to be done regarding that. Being a college having a patent course in one of the fast growing job sectors of the world, a proper management of the placement shall take the college to new heights.
Infrastructure: The college has three separate buildings - The administrative block, The Academic Block, and the Hostel. The ADM Block handles all the official work, and the senior authorities have their conference there. The Academic block has well-lit classrooms, fully furnished and equipped computer rooms. 24X7 internet supply, and a library with around 3000 books. The boys and girls hostels are always safely guarded. There are 12 rooms and 2 halls in both the hostels. It also has a game room with a table tennis set. The playground offers us to play badminton, cricket, and football.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members here teaching us this course are having their PhD and in their respective fields. Our course includes Corporate Finance, Accounting, Financial Modelling and Derivatives, Monte Carlo Theory, Portfolio Analysis and Financial instruments, and likewise.
Other: Our college has a good atmosphere. The course that I am studying is kind of a patent one as this college is the only one where it is being taught. Also, the college is the home centre of the prestigious NBHM entrance exam. The teachers here entrail and push us towards us our goal and help us achieve it in a good and educative manner.
