If you are ready to study, then this will be a good option for you.
Placements: The placements in this college are majorly done for mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. This year, placements are good, with 80% of students placed. Oracle is one of the regular companies that visits the campus. Internship programs are regularly held by the college's placement cell.
Infrastructure: College campus is not that big, but it is placed in one of the prime locations of Pune, Hinjewadi. It's a short but beautiful campus with green trees and a natural vibe. There's nice Wi-Fi connectivity around the campus, and the college provides some good facilities like 2-3 canteens, a library, and more.
Faculty: Faculty is supportive and helpful for students. For our batch, the exam is held by SPPU University, but from this year, the college has converted to autonomous with a good and updated syllabus and exams. Semester exams are not that difficult if you study for the whole year, then it will be easier.
Other: I chose CS as my course here at I2IT. I am passionate about learning more about computers, building software and applications, and about coding.

Pretty good for studying students, supportive faculty, rather than average placement, all is good.
Placements: Mass recruiters like Wipro, Infosys, and TCS are the main portion in our college, and companies like Oracle also visit frequently. Most of the highest placed students are off campus, but you can say that if you maintain a CGPA, the college has a boost round for toppers where they are allowed to sit in top MNCs.
Infrastructure: By far the best campus in Pune, except for the private ones. The campus is small but full of trees and nature vibes, and the hostels are not up to mark, but okay. Sports facilities are average, a college has a small ground. Sports like basketball, TT, badminton, football, and volleyball are the main sports.
Faculty: An autonomous college with a good updated curriculum and faculty is also supportive. Mainly, semester exams are not that difficult. In the first year, there are regular subjects like mechanics, electrical, and Chemistry for all three branches. By the second year, you will have your personalized syllabus as per your branch.
Other: If you are ready to study, then it will be a good choice, college is not that relaxing compared to others, it has holidays on Saturday and Sunday.

A great college in terms of college life but for good placement if you have to hustle yourself.
Placements: Almost 40-50% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package on campus is about 11 LPA and the lowest is about 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies are CNT and electricals. Almost 70% of students got their internships in 3rd and 4th year.
Infrastructure: There are labs available for every subject and students can go there. College Wi-Fi is not so good in condition but it works in library. Our library is enriched with online and hard-copies of books. Hostel and mess are very good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Though some teachers may not meet our expectations, most of the teachers are well and good. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry but does not make industry-ready. Students have to hustle themselves, if they want to get into good companies. Semester exams are not so difficult if we attend lectures regularly and study and prepare. We can easily manage our scores. With the help of the teachers, students can build projects.
Other: I chose ENTC because I wanted to study hardware. The best thing about this course this that, when you learn a theory like a circuit or something and apply it in the practical, you will feel very good. Events here are above my expectations. I never thought I would here someday enjoying a DJ night in college.

It has good infrastructure, okay placements, skilled faculty, a good location, and value for money.
Placements: Being located in the tech hub of Hinjewadi, there is never a lack of companies for placements. For the year 2024-25, the highest package offered by Infosys and Oracle is 10 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, AWS, Tech Mahindra, Bosch and L&T, and Mindtree visit the college for placements. Overall, placements here are decent but not great.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure would be one of the best parts of this college. It is a decent size of 12 acres with a green and open campus. Everything from the academic building, classrooms, and the research center building (we have a whole building for that) to the library and cafeteria feels modern and spacious. We get parking facilities as well as a basketball court, multipurpose ground and a volleyball net too. Due to less student intake, the campus feels open and not too crowded. Hostel facilities are good too with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom sharing options.
Faculty: Professors here are generally helpful and many of them are actively pursuing research in their own respective fields, hence they aid well in our course here. The course curriculum, for now, is given by SPPU. There are talks of the college getting autonomous status next year. Semester exams are standard across all SPPU-affiliated colleges, and there is no difference. I would say most students pass without getting a backlog.
Other: The college is definitely value for money with its low fees. Being an IIIT, there are only 3 courses available. Hence, it would be an exclusive experience for us as students, and we would be interested in only computer hardware and software-related fields. There is an annual fest each year. The crowd mostly comes from small towns and cities in Maharashtra with a significant amount coming from Pune/PCMC itself. Being located in the prime IT hub of Hinjewadi, we have shopping centers, malls, fast food outlets, theatres, etc. Metro will open next year in Pune.

Excellent academics, supportive faculty members, and great campus life.
Placements: In our college, many companies came to give placements to students. In the previous batch, many students got placements. The package is above 9 LPA. The highest package is 14 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA, and minimum is 4 LPA. The packages depend on skills of the students. Companies offered roles as software developers.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is very good and has a friendly environment. All facilities are available like Wi-Fi, pure water, and washing machines. We have a good playground to play games like kabaddi and cricket. Good quality food is given to students. During emergencies, doctors always live in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. Curriculum is well-structured and industry relevant and covers key concepts. Exams are challenging but fair testing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Exams are difficult but students give good exams and score good marks in the exam. Passing rate is 100%.

Placements: The college has not officially disclosed the placement percentage, but placement outcomes have been decent this year. The highest package offered is 10 LPA, while the lowest stood at 2.4 LPA. Most students received offers ranging between 3.6 LPA to 4.4 LPA. Top recruiters included renowned companies like Oracle and Infosys, reflecting the industry relevance of the course. Around 30 students secured placements during this academic year, showcasing promising opportunities despite the limited data.
Infrastructure: The college has a small but clean campus with Wi-Fi and well-maintained classrooms. Labs are spacious and equipped with all necessary instruments. There's a water fountain on campus, adding a nice touch. Hostel fees are slightly high, but the facilities are average. The ground is small, and events are limited. Mess food is generally poor, and like most places in Pune, it can sometimes cause stomach issues. A doctor is available on campus during college hours for medical help. The canteen offers basic snacks, but hygiene and variety could be better. Overall, academics are good, but other areas need improvement.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. They teach concepts clearly and support students both academically and personally. The teaching quality is excellent, with a good balance of theory and practical learning. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty but are easy to clear with consistent study and guidance from faculty. The pass percentage is high, as most students perform well in exams. Overall, the academic environment is strong and supports both learning and career development effectively.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the subject and its strong career scope. The best part about the course is the practical learning through well-equipped labs and knowledgeable, supportive faculty. However, I wish the course included more industry visits, live projects, and placement support. The campus crowd is friendly, but events and fests are limited. The ground is small, and extracurricular activities could be improved. Connectivity to the campus is decent, and the surroundings are peaceful. Scholarships are available for deserving students, but more awareness and support could help. Overall, the academic side is strong and promising.

The total tuition fee for the BTech course at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology is little bit more than that for IIIT Pune. Hence, IIIT Pune is considered more affordable for the Engineering course. Rest it depends on students what is expensive or not. Always look for good ROI colleges which both

To get a seat at I2IT Pune, students must fill out the admission form. First prepare for the entrance exam. Then, take part in the admission process. Once admission is done, fill out the application form and pay the application fee with the required documents.
