IIIT Pune MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
MTech at IIIT Pune is a two-year PG-level programme. The institute offers around two specialisations for the MTech programme, which include engineering disciplines, which are Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
The institute admits students to the MTech programme based on GATE, followed by CCMT counselling. Moreover, IIIT Pune MTech admission is only possible when candidates meet the eligibility criteria.
- Eligibility: BTech degree in relevant discipline with 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% aggregate for Gen/Gen-EWS/OBC, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% aggregate for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
