Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) - Batch of 2025

Overall, best college for PGDM course.
Placements: Our seniors have secured 90% placements from the college. Some top companies like Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Deloitte, etc., have hired students from the university. The average amount awarded is 18 LPA, with the highest amount being 25 LPA. Students from finance and commerce have achieved the best results, and the other departments have achieved good performance as well.
Infrastructure: Our college's amenities are amazing. Classroom has cooling systems. The motel is conveniently located near the campus and is very safe. Our college has good canteen facilities. We can engage with faculty members, other staff, and personnel. I never had any issues with my college.
Faculty: Faculty members are all very good and teach in a good way. All students are given internships and are prepared to prove themselves in the industry. All faculty members are Ph.D. They have good experience and a good knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of each course. Semester exams are not difficult, and 70% of the students pass the exams.

B.Com. with ACCA - Batch of 2025

It is not at all worth the money paid.
Placements: I am in my last year. I looked for the internship myself. I hunt for job myself. The placement cell isn't satisfactory. The average salary package offered is around 2.5 LPA - 2.75 LPA. After spending lakhs, I came here on an education loan. It is now very hard for me.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is like it has two-floor buildings. It is just the same size as my school's auditorium. They have a good marketing strategy. They show business college building while applying for the college. We have studied in the law school. It is in a different building. Hostel life is the best for me in my days here. The food is good.
Faculty: Faculty members are the best part of the college. I am from Uttar Pradesh. I never faced any problem, no misbehavior, no linguistic problem, no discrimination. They are very supportive. The curriculum is also good. But it doesn't make students industry-ready. It is just to get the certificate. There is no use after the certificate. According to me, semester exams are easy to crack. Students can score well by studying 2-4 hours before papers.
Other: I am primarily focusing on ACCA. The B.Com program is a supportive course. Here, they offer a B.Com + ACCA program with six exemptions. I believe that classes should be practical rather than overly theoretical or bookish to better prepare students better for industry. Given the financial investment we make, the program should emphasize current industry trends and equip students with practical skills that align with those trends. Regarding events and festivals, I've noticed a lack of activity. I've never seen any festivals take place here. Events are not interactive, and there is consistently low attendance on campus due to its infrastructure. Last year, we had a sports event, but it is not happening this year.

One of the best placement records with industry faculty and nice professors. Advanced infrastructure
Placements: Placement record - 94-99%. Packages offered: Highest: 15 lac, Avg: 7.5 lac, Lowest: 4.5 lac. Top recruiters: Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, HCL. Almost 100% of students get internships in companies like JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, HDFC, ICICI, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, etc. Top roles offered: Investor bankers, marketing manager, product manager, HR manager, operations manager, supply chain manager, management consultant, data scientist, financial analyst, portfolio manager.
Infrastructure: Advanced classrooms, nice turf and indoor games area on the terrace. Nice faculty. Food is almost good (it's about different regions, different foods). Good medical facilities. Good sports events and tournaments. Wi-Fi available. Advanced labs and library. AC, advanced benches with charging points, big screens, movable boards, projectors, cafeteria with variety of items.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable with good teaching quality. Relevant curriculum (real-world learning). Moderate exam paper but not easy, with lots of presentations and assignments. 50% passing percentage. Nice workshops with great personalities.
Other: Fests and events are nice. ISBR represents unity in diversity.

Best faculty, average placements in 2023, and above-average infrastructure.
Placements: Placement Cell provides twice as much training for internships as well as placement. We have seen the T&P officer's efforts; he is trying his best. Still, sometimes unexpected things happen. Placement this year dropped drastically, and some students passed out only with internships, mostly for our HR specialization. Corizo is offering internships. In the last 3 months, most students have been placed some off-campus as well, but we need to admit that this year, the college failed to deliver 100% placement.
Infrastructure: Our campus is very small. Our library is also small and very few events happen in the auditorium. All classrooms have cameras and ACs. The teachers also monitor students activities. Yes, Wi-Fi is available on campus but sometimes browsing speeds are only 50 kbps, which is very slow. ISBR has its own hostel; they provide a president like a home warden. The hostel is separated for girls and boys. Separate dining hall for eating mess food. Sports are very rare, and sports kits are in bad condition. The canteen is good, but as a student, I do not get any medical facilities.
Faculty: I really like our HOD, sir who encourage students to participate different social activities. Teachers teach in the best way possible, using technical terms and stories to teach concepts. For the first two semesters, we have basic management subjects that are almost the same for all. From the third semester, our specialization starts; we get our HR and resource management subjects. Our exams have 20+10+10 marks Internal exams, external exams, or university exams are 60 marks.
Other: My score is not enough to get admission to IIM so I chose ISBR because it is in Bengaluru, which is the biggest reason to choose this college.

ISBR: where your dream becomes reality.
Placements: Placement is good. The college placement cell creates one WhatsApp group for our 2024 batch and posts job openings on campus. Most companies eligibility criteria are 65% in 12th grade, a minimum of 60% in graduation and 65% in PGDM without active backlogs. Some students do not fulfill this criteria. Many big firms, like HDFC Life, Bajaj, ICiCI, AU Small Finance, Motilal Oswal, and Kotak Mahindra, conduct online hiring drives. Assessment is online, but interviews are face-to-face. 100% of the students who fulfilled this criteria got placed with a good average package of 7.5 lacs. Roles are mostly dependent on the company.
Infrastructure: The college is situated in Electronic City, where there are many corporate offices and huge traffic. Almost all transportation modes are available. The college infrastructure is good, with a big garden and sports field. The college has its own Wi-Fi service for student and staff usage. Labs like the study lab, PC lab, and practical lab in college. The college library is big and has a lot of books, both academic and non-academic. The college has a partner with stanza living for the accommodation of students. It is located 2.5 km from the college, located in Neeladari Nagar. Electronic Phase One has all the facilities but the fee is a little higher than other hostels.
Faculty: The college has a dedicated pool of faculty members who are very helpful in building our careers. Teaching is explained by PPT, giving assignments and practical example teaching. They all have humor in their teaching. PGDM has a trimester system exam mode, which is an offline written exam. We have 6 trimesters for 2 years, 3 months, and 1 trimester, so very little self-study is most important. The passing percentage of our batch is 70% all clear and 90% appear.

The best and the finest college: ISBR college.
Placements: Our college offers 100 percent placement, and the average package for IIM A is 31 LPA, which is quite great. The highest packages come close to 1 crore. Every student gets the opportunity to participate in a summer internship program in their first year and some are offered pre-placement offers too. After the second year, students get placed in huge companies with great packages and tend to have a lavish life.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is really good. You'll get single-furnished rooms. The hostel is compulsory for PGP1 students and you get in during the time of registration. Facilities like washing machines, geysers, daily cleaning, etc. are available. The food service at our hostel is also very good .
Faculty: The course curriculum is hectic and keeps you busy. But the faculty is amazing. Geniuses of the country surrounded you. 5 sections, 90 students each. FABM students study with PGP students for the first year. Electives are chosen in the second year. All schedules are pre-decided. The whole curriculum is tough but there is relatively little grading, so you can pass if you give your best.
