Placements: At Allahabad University, the placement is average. Around 6 LPA to 8 LPA, with around 75% placed and got an 80% internship at the University of Allahabad. Top recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and HCL. The placement percentage is about 46.66 percent in UG courses.

Infrastructure: The University of Allahabad infrastructure is good, and the library is very good, with a central library. With good resources for any competition examination and having all facilities like games/sports ground, all cricket, kabaddi, and other games going to national sports, and also a good medical facility, and with good seniors to guide about future journey.

Faculty: At the University of Allahabad, the professors are very intelligent and experienced. So the professor's behavior is very friendly in nature and is very helpful for students. The course is very relevant for civil services and competition preparation aspirants. The semester exams are on the moderate to tougher side, so study is required for the AU exams. The B.A. faculty is awesome.

Other: The University of Allahabad and its colleges have a very strong alumni network, which includes judges, political leaders, civil servants, and provides other services. My college organized many seminars/, curriculum activities, and fests. In my school, two scholarships are famous the UP scholarship and NSP.

Iswar Saran Degree College is good.

Placements: There are no placements in the economics department. They don't provide any internships. They just maintain the syllabus. Our college does not provide placements. Most students go to another college to do M.A. in economics.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Classes run daily. Our college does not provide a hospital for students. It conducts many sports events and provides them with certificates for their participation. Our college canteen is good. Samosas are famous in the canteen.

Faculty: Professors are good at teaching. Most of the professors have cleared NET and JRF. They did their Ph.D.s in economics. At present time, our college conducts exams every year. The syllabus is more focused on theoretical not mathematical and practical. They are very sporty and create a bond with students and teachers. In the economics department, professors are very good.

Other: Economics has a lot of opportunities for future life, so I chose this course. The department conducts many events for students to help them with their studies. They provide scholarships. Our department conducts many extracurricular activities like debate, essay writing, etc.

It is a good college according to the fees.

Placements: The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and Wi-Fi were good but had an issue with washrooms and RO water. The hostel was not good and it doesn't have a wardrobe. Students have to pay an extra Rs.20 for breakfast. It has a common washroom. Classes were conducted on the main campus.

Faculty: The syllabus for our course was very comprehensive. Around 54% of students failed this year. Exams were not conducted semester-wise. The pass percentage was 33%. The marking scheme was not hard if students prepared well. Attendance was not compulsory.

Other: I chose this course because it had a wide syllabus and was a demanded subject. Local students got scholarships from the UP government and non-local students got national scholarships. Some extracurricular activities were held in our college. The campus crowd was less.
