I am satisfied with the experience, it has been provided, and proper placements are given.

Placements: The college provides 100% placements in a super-specialty hospital, and gives you exposure in different areas. You will get plenty of clinical exposure. A proper certificate is also given. The campus interview is good and quite knowledgeable, and boosts confidence.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, with a proper hostel and a good college building. The food is also very good, with a proper facility for both veg and non-veg students. The library has Wi-Fi and AC facilities. The library also has different books from different authors, and the classrooms are well-ventilated. Various skill labs are present, which provide students with real-life experience. Computer facilities are also there.

Faculty: Nursing is a difficult course, but a very secure course, as you get placement just after passing out from the college. The pass percentage is 50% in every subject.

Other: Proper skills and scholarship have been provided.

Jagannath Gupta Institute of Nursing Sciences is the best nursing colleges in South Kolkata.

Placements: We are taking admission in this college in 2022, and we shall pass out in 2026. In our batch, there are a total 56 students present, and in this college, hundred seats are available for nursing. In previous batches, many of them were doing jobs in their own hospitals. And many of them are doing jobs as clinical instructors in our college. And placements are also good in our college.

Infrastructure: In our college, the infrastructure is very good. Our hostel is very clean and well maintained. Our hostel warden behaved very softly and politely. They are taking care of all the students. All the rooms are absolutely fine for a stay. And the electricity system is also good. And in our class many things are present that are very helpful for our course, like a whiteboard and marker, a projector, a laptop for each and every class, a sound box, and a microphone for teaching. And CCTV is present in all the classrooms and corridors. In our library, a minimum of 3000 books are available all the time. And there is the present of a free wi-fi connection for online learning. The infrastructure is very good. Our canteen is made with a huge place that 500 students can sit in the canteen at a time. The food quality is better than average, but hygiene is maintained very well. All the staff who are serving food are behaving very softly and gently with the students.

Faculty: Our faculty members are truly so good. The teachers or professors are highly educated. Most of them have a doctorate degree in nursing, and others have a masters degree in nursing. Their teaching quality is so good. They use projectors and whiteboards for our teaching. And their way of teaching is so good because they made some models to teach us for our better understanding. They take exams frequently. And our principal madam and vice principal madam are well educated, and they behaved very softly with the students and the faculty members. In our college, there is an exam hall where 200 students can sit together at one time, and CCTV is also present in the exam hall. The light and fans are good for giving exams, and the area is totally noise-free for giving full concentration to the exam. And our semester is very hard. So our teachers have given us good knowledge and confidence to pass the exam. The pass mark in our course is 50 percent. So, every year, 98 percent of students can pass the exams, and those who failed the exam for any reason can give exams next year. And our teachers are giving full support for them to make them proper.

Other: Overall, this college is very good college for nursing. But the amount, of course, feels slightly high. And I chose the nursing professions because it is my childhood dream to doing job in hospital with the patients. After giving care to the patients, I can take so much pace in my mind and I am very happy and proud to be a nursing student. In our college there is an annual function named Magnus. In magnus so many events are held like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, tug of war, fashion show, dance and song competition, face painting, story writing, photography, etc. And many students are participating in each events. The other colleges students are also participating in our college events. And all the winners are getting prizes, and all the participants are getting their Certificate for their participation. And all the festivals are celebrated in our college, like Holi, Saraswati Puja, Christmas, new Year's day, Diwali, Rabindra jayanti, independence Day, etc. And most of students are doing many cultural activities in this programme to make the event so beautiful. And in our college, many students are getting scholarship for their course and we can also take bank loan or education loan for our course.
