Experience at my hotel management college is fantastic and exciting.
Placements: 100% placements are available international and national. Average salary is Rs 12,000 to Rs 20,000 per month. Recruiting companies are Taj, Hyatt, Hilton, Pride Plaza, Crown Plaza, and ITC National and International. 100% of students got internships. Most roles offered are in the FNB, kitchen, and housekeeping in all departments.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good in our college. Wi-Fi is not available for students. Smart classroom, practical lab ( housekeeping, fnb), and kitchen are available. I don't live in hostel but there are food facilities and accommodation (chargeable).
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Online and offline exams are conducted according to the university. Proper classes and notes are provided. Good practical classes are also held. Semester exams are easy if you prepare well. Remote exam facility is also available for working students in work mode. Faculty members are helpful and friendly.
Other: My batch Spartan 2025 -2027 batch. Here is an earn while you learn program through which students can earn good. They also have a way of incoming through admission of students. They have a scholarship also. There are no sports activities. Cultural activities are average.

Placements: My name is Raj Pasman. I am from Karandighi Pandepur. I completed my higher secondary exam from the West Bengal Board. Now I am pursuing a degree course in hotel management from JBIHM. I am so happy because I got a chance for IT training at The Park hotel in Madhya Pradesh, Indore, from my institution. Very good college JBIHM.
Infrastructure: My college's hostel is a very good hostel.
Because the hostel provides food 3 times a day.
And a clean bathroom and a bedroom.
The bedroom is good and has 1 room for 2 to 3 people to stay.
Food quality is very good.
Weekends provided 1 to 3 days of chicken.
Medical facilities are provided.
Faculty: My college's teachers are very good.
And very helpful people.
My college semester exam is 6 months later.
And a good exam paper.
My college pass percentage is a 60 per cent minimum. But my college students have all very good exam percentages.
Other: I am happy with my course, so I am not changing my course.
My college's events are very wonderful.
I chose this because this industry is a very fast-growing industry, so I chose this industry.

Placements: Hello, I am Dipti Naskar, I have completed my degree course from JB Institute of Hospitality Management. Now I am doing my IT training at Le Meridien Hotel in Jaipur. I am very happy that I have taken admission at this college, because its a 100% placement assured college. There are top-rated placement hotels such as The Park, JW Marriott, Hyatt, The Lalit, Westin, etc., where students are getting internships and jobs.
Infrastructure: We have our kitchen for making food. We have both hostel facilities girls hostel and boys hostel facilities. We have smart classroom and practical lab room.
Faculty: This degree course BHM is very helpful for a good career. We have 6 months of training which helps us to improve our work and personality. Our faculty members are helpful and supportive. They teach us about studies, and also they groom us about discipline and personality development. We have our semester exams and practical exams also. We also get good marks in semester results. Our faculty members are very good. They always take our classes daily, and they also take our practical classes. There are very good faculty members in our institute. Faculty members help us to improve our personality which is crucial in this background.
Other: I have selected BHM course which helps us to get a great job and from this course, we can make our future bright. There are lots of opportunities in this course. We also have earned while learning opportunities, and we also have paid internship opportunities. This course gives a lot of career opportunities in hotel and hospitality segments, and national and international platforms. We also celebrate events like Independence Day, freshers welcome, Saraswati puja, and Christmas. We also participate in our cultural programs.

Overall, it is a nice place to start a career as a hotelier.
Placements: As long as my experience goes, I can say it is one of the best options for hotel management study you can have in Kolkata to get 100% placement assurance until you get a job. I have just completed my IT from Hyatt Regency Kolkata and am looking forward to opportunities yet to come. My seniors get placements in big places like Hyatt, Marriott, Novotel, Taj, Westin, and more, so I am hoping for the best.
Infrastructure: The college has an organized layout for classes and practical sessions within a nice air-conditioned building. Attendees are vigilant, and CCTVs are there to check student activities. However, there is little room for recreational activities like playgrounds and other stuff. It is not really an issue, as you get a quality education with hostel facilities at a very reasonable amount.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful in getting you good scores. I just follow their notes thoroughly and go through the study materials a bit, and I am able to get good marks. I really recommend taking each practical session seriously, as studying hotel management is more about handling practical tasks rather than only relying on theories. You need to test out the theories in reality, and our college helps by arranging regular practical classes, industrial visits, and workshops.
Other: All in all, this place gives you a nice, cordial atmosphere where you don't feel left out throughout your course duration. Teachers and peers are friendly, and you enjoy their company during fests, Christmas, New Year or Puja celebrations, and other events.

Placements: This is Sail Khan, a final year student of 3 years bachelor's degree course. I just finished the industrial training (IT) program at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. This training has opened a huge opportunity for me and my selected peers to learn vastly about hotel operations in an immersive environment and expert support. Apart from this, we have been exposed to many small training (CT) programs, visits, and workshops which have prepared us competent enough to work in a grand hotel.
Infrastructure: The college has compact, organized, and hygienic classrooms and labs. Every facility, from the equipment to ventilation and risk management has been well taken care of so that we can be free from any hazards. Each department has its own lab and custom setting to explore hotel tasks practically. There are separate hostels for boys and girls where quality regular food is available. If you want you can purchase it outside as well.
Faculty: Faculty members are quite good and experienced enough to guide you through. To be honest, I couldn't understand all the difficult terms and concepts but whenever I reached out to my teachers, they never stopped from extending their helping hands. The course curriculum is structured for each semester and through the studies and training sessions, you can become ready to start your professional journey.
Other: The best thing about this course here is its placement facilities. More than 80% of its students get placed with a job in reputed hotels every year. I have just finished my training and hoping for the best to get a job in properties like Hyatt or similar five-star hotels with a lucrative salary. Throughout these years, I have not only studied but also have taken part in many recreational occasions here.

Placements: Hello, I am Pragati Sharma. Greetings to all in this special and auspicious time of Navaratri. I am currently enrolled as a Bachelor Degree student in Hotel Management at JBIHM. Just a few weeks ago, I completed my industrial training at one of the most reputed five-star hotel brands in India, Westin, facilitated by JBIHM. I am immensely grateful for this opportunity, as it serves as a significant stepping stone into professional hospitality. Thriving during my training, I secured a good performance in all the departments and found the experience extremely fulfilling. I am delighted to be contributing to this renowned brand as an industrial trainee. Notably, many of my peers have also secured placements at esteemed institutes such as the Taj, Hyatt, Westin, Marriott, Radisson, The Park, The Lalit, The Oberoi Grand, Kenilworth and similar properties. Many of my seniors have also been placed abroad because they wanted to settle their careers there. I am also very excited to advance my career like them by following in their footsteps.
Infrastructure: My institute has a teach-savvy environment with a Wi-Fi-enabled campus and smart classrooms equipped with projectors, ACs and other facilities. Our practical labs meet industry standards, ensuring a hands-on learning process. These facilities, alongside regular practical sessions, aptly prepare us for careers in 5-star hotels. For the students computing from afar, the college arranges comfortable hostel accommodation nearby, with separate facilities for males and females, ensuring convenience and a conducive learning environment.
Faculty: During my course, I was fortunate to absorb a vast amount of knowledge from our highly qualified and experienced instructors. Smart classrooms, hands-on practicals, frequent industrial visits and the training sessions equipped me with insights into the real-world hospitality-based working scenarios in the top-tired workplaces. I also learned how to fluently talk in English and gained a good amount of knowledge on the computer through our spoken English classes and regular computer classes. Moreover, my gestures, posture, grooming, interviewing techniques and body language have quite improved due to our grooming, personality development and interviewing classes. Moreover, I have managed my semesters with good scores and diligent class attendance.

Placements: Hello, this is Ezaz Alam from JBIHM. I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, and this is my sophomore year in college. To be very honest, I am feeling very happy to choose this institute as the learning process has always been fun. Most recently, I have had exposure at the Westin, Kolkata, as a trainee for industrial training. I loved the pleasant work atmosphere at Westin, Kolkata, and tried my best to perform well. As a result, I cleared my industrial training there, got their acknowledgment, and also a job offer to join there. However, I am currently planning to complete my graduation first and then join as an employee. Many of my fellow classmates have also received job offers in Hyatt, Marriott, and other 5-star properties as associates.
Infrastructure: Before I joined JBIHM, I did not have any idea about how hotel administration works. The experienced teachers at JBIHM introduced us to the different departments of the hospitality world. I came to know about the totality of hotel management and their works not only through theoretical knowledge but also through practical classes which are set up to make us ready to handle the pressure in top-rated national and international hotels, resorts, and restaurants. Hostels are gender-specific, and hygienic food is available there.
Faculty: Teachers are very learned and have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience. The regular industrial visits and training sessions helped me solidify my knowledge of hotel management. We were also taught many French terms used in culinary and bakery departments in hotels. I personally did not find the semester exams too hard, as I regularly studied the class notes and modules.
Other: I got the job offer during my graduation just because of the combined efforts of my respected class teachers and also my small but regular efforts to improve. I am grateful to the JBIHM administration for always responding to my queries. Moreover, my friends and I became more like a family and always stood by each other in need. We have altogether celebrated many festivals like Freshers, Diwali, Christmas, Saraswati Puja, and many other celebrations.

Infrastructure: Our college offers very good infrastructure. All the classrooms and practical labs are properly maintained and well-equipped. It provides a free Wi-Fi facility for smart classes without any interruption. Kitchens are available for practical classes and are well maintained. It provides hostel facilities for students who come from the outskirts of the city. All kinds of facilities are available in hostels. Students can choose a variety of food items. Hostel cook follows hygiene while cooking.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are highly professional and good in their fields. They guide students at every stage of their growth. The course curriculum is industry oriented. Industry visits are provided for casual and vocational training with the assistance of teachers. Semester exam questions are practical-oriented, so students have to study the whole year to get good marks.
Other: I chose this course as I always wanted to be a part of the hotel industry. The best thing about this course is the industry-oriented course curriculum. Our college gives opportunities for students to involve in events such as Independence day, Republic day, freshers' parties, farewell parties, birthday celebrations, and many more.
