Good practical training, supportive faculty, and strong placement opportunities.
Placements: In my institute, about 80-95% of students from my course were placed in reputed hotels, bakeries, and restaurants. Most offers came through industrial training conversions and campus recruitment drives, while others chose higher studies or entrepreneurship.
Infrastructure: Our department has a well-equipped training kitchen, bakery labs, and a training restaurant for practical learning. Classrooms are spacious with Wi-Fi and projectors, and the library provides books, journals, and digital resources to support our studies. The overall infrastructure creates a professional and industry-oriented environment.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and experienced, with strong backgrounds in the hospitality industry. The teaching quality was practical and interactive, combining theory with hands-on training, which helped us build both technical skills and professional confidence.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion for cooking and baking, and to build a professional career in hospitality. The best things about my course are the practical training in the kitchen and bakery labs, industry exposure through internships, and supportive teachers.

Placements: I am very much thankful to the JBIHM team, for supporting me and helping me to chose the best option for my career. I am pursuing a 1.5-year diploma in hospitality management. I got selected for the vocational training at Fairfield by Marriot, Kolkata, and also get a chance for industrial training from the same property. I had a very good experience with Fairfield by Marriot. Now I am selected for the on the job training at Fairfield by Marriot. This is one of the best institutions as it provides 100% placement at popular brands.
Infrastructure: This institution is well known in the city as it provides an affordable fee and career support. JBIHM provides Wi-Fi facilities that help students and faculty to learn things through visual learning as well. Smart classrooms, practical labs with all needful equipment, and a fully air-conditioned classroom and projection board are available. There was a separate hostel for both boys and girls. They provide good quality food and maintain proper hygiene in the hostel and surrounding as well. First aid boxes and needful medicines are available in the hostel.
Faculty: Here, the teaching staffs were well known and had sufficient knowledge of the subject. They apply different ways of teaching and provide study material that helps prepare for the exam. They provide us knowledge of industries, and the current update, which help us to learn things practically and theoretically. Semester mode exams were conducted on the base of the syllabus for the course. Here faculty members' way of teaching is very nice.
Other: I learn many things after joining the course. JBIHM allows me to learn the industrial norms which help me as a part of learning. It gave me the confidence to face challenges. We celebrate Saraswati puja, Republic day, Independence day, Holi, Teachers day, Christmas, and many more festivals.

Infrastructure: The college campus and hostel are very well maintained. Classrooms are very clean. All departments have sufficient faculty. All classrooms are air-conditioned. I have attended all classes here. The infrastructure is very good.
Faculty: All faculty are very helpful and polite. It makes the students industry-ready. The exams are not so difficult.
Other: After all I have great experience from my institute. I have attended many festivals here. All students and faculty celebrate all festivals here, like Saraswati Puja, Independence Day, Tourism Day, and many more.

Teaching technique in JBIHM is amazing, and one can have scope for a good career.
Placements: The placement opportunities provided in JBIHM are excellent. The previous placement records of our seniors in properties like Marriott, Hyatt, Westin and Kenilworth keeps a good and satisfactory track record. Our institute works only with branded companies and provides placements. The placements are provided either by conducting an interview over the phone or on skype, where the actual industry person takes the interview. The student firstly goes for industrial training to get real industry exposure. The selection of students is done according to their skill and ability. It is also decided based on the way of student facing the interview. During industrial training, a student receives an amount of Rs. 1,000k to 5,000k approximately as a stipend. The student enters as an intern in a 5-star property. I am really satisfied with my placement in Renaissance, Ahmedabad. The scope of promotion in hospitality management sector is at a high pace in comparison to other sectors.
Infrastructure: Our institute has two campuses. One is food production lab, with a separate baking area, and the other campus has the other labs related to the major subject of the course. The computer lab is very useful for our mock online interview practice and to learn the fundamentals of computer. The other labs present on the campus are relevant to the major subjects. The campus has all the modern amenities that are enough for training in the national and international courses. The hostel facility provided by our college is good. It is totally safe and secure for female students.
Faculty: The faculty members are assessed with the method of their teaching as they are immensely knowledgeable. Experienced and qualified teachers come to train us in JBIHM. Each faculty has got more than 15 years of teaching experience in the hospitality sector. The faculty members are highly approachable in matters of the course, journals and practical classes. They always help us with every intricate detail of the real industry. The faculty members conduct class tests at regular intervals. The teachers conduct class tests, practice sessions and group activities to make students more perfect and professional.
Other: Events and activities are conducted regularly. Events are the most thrilling part of our study. The activities help to develop strong bonds among the students. Through the events, every student gets a chance to show their talent and open up to expose their creativity. The activities basically help the students to get an idea of working as a team.

My dream came true in JB Hospitality Management.
Placements: I joined JB Hospitality Management with a dream towards my bright future. The much-awaited dream has been fulfilled through JBHM. The placements provided by our institute have helped me shape my career. I am completely satisfied with the placements of this college. I got the opportunity in Mariott Ahmedabad, which is kind of a dream come true. Our college assures 100% placements. Mostly the companies that hire students from our institute are ITC, Mariott, and Hyatt. The placement drives organised during the time of industrial training give quite an exposure to a student. I am lucky enough to get the chance to be a part of a 5-star property. Industry people take interviews by visiting the campus. This gives us exposure to the real industry and helps us turn into professionals.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of JBHM is quite good and sophisticated. It is a simple building with pleasant and simple decor. But the behaviour and polite nature of the staff and faculty has impressed me a lot. Our parents are also very content with their behaviour. The institute keeps a track record of each and every student. Proper feedback of the student is given as well. Tick charts are maintained for proper grooming of each student. Special emphasis is given on the personality development of the students. The campus was ordinarily decorated, but it has well-equipped labs with all the amenities required for a student to transform into a professional. The labs have all the amenities which assist the students during their practical classes. The F& B service lab helps students to meet world-class standards in food and beverage service industry. Apart from the labs, the classrooms, administrative office, and the library have all the necessary equipment required while facing the actual industry.
Faculty: Our faculty members put in their best efforts to train a single student. The Teacher to student ratio is 1:20 so that each faculty can train the students to make them a better professional. The way of teaching through mock classes are very useful. The degree course has a dual certification which gives a student the opportunity to get exposure to foreign languages. The foreign language included in the course proves very useful for the student who aims for abroad placements. The faculty members are highly qualified with industry exposure imparts training to the students. The mock and practical classes for housekeeping management and front office management can be taken up by the faculty to make the student get that professional touch. The course has been of immense help to me as I got to perform well from the learning skills that I have been taught by our faculty.
Other: The cooking competition named Without Fire Cooking has been a great success for us. Nestle Company took one of our recipes that was a moment of celebration for all the students of JBHM. Through the Diwali celebration, we got the opportunity to show our creativity.
