Review of JB Institute of Hospitality Management.
Placements: Our institute had collaborations with top recruiting brands like JW Marriott, Westin, Radisson, ITC, etc., that visited our campus. Three types of training were given throughout the course namely, casual training, vocational training, and industrial training. Every existing student got the opportunity to work with the top brands at the time of their internship, most commonly known as industrial training.
Infrastructure: Our college had excellent infrastructure. They provided all the necessary amenities. We had classrooms with air-conditioning and access to Wi-Fi connectivity. Our institute had two kitchens for conducting practical classes. Smart classes were conducted without any network connectivity issues with the help of Wi-Fi. They provided separate hostels for both boys and girls.
Faculty: Our teachers were excellent. They helped us achieve our goals and made us industry-ready. They provided us with online and offline study materials. We did not need to buy any books to prepare for the exam. Our institute provided industry-oriented courses, allowing us to gain practical knowledge. The questions given in the exams were moderate to very difficult. One has to study throughout the year to get a good score. Questions were practical-based.
Other: I chose this course as I always wanted to be a part of the hotel industry. The significant part about this course was that most students got placed and got the opportunity to work with top-brand hotels. JBIHM provided scholarships to students who excelled in their higher secondary education. Our institute offered several events where we could participate and explore ourselves differently.

Placements: Currently pursuing 2 years advanced Diploma in culinary arts and bakery and I feel ecstatic to state that I have been selected by Kolkata's one of the top known brands Hyatt Regency for my industrial training. It could only get possible with the help and continuous support from JB Institute of Hospitality Management.
Infrastructure: JBIHM maintains excellent infrastructure, that includes, AC classroom, a smart classroom, AC practical and theory labs, a free Wi-Fi zone, and much more. I do not feel any kind of inconvenience during my college hours. The campus is well maintained and also it maintains good hygiene. JBIHM also provides hostel facilities separately for both girls and boys. Students do not need to go outside to buy meals, The hostel provides it.
Faculty: Whatever I write about faculty members, words would be less to write their contribution to concrete our future. Their efforts are unexplainable. From taking the daily lectures, and giving the study materials to personality development, interview preparation, they guide us in every stage of our college days. We visited several hotel tour and acquired knowledge, with the assistance of our faculty members. I am immensely thankful to our faculty members because I am nothing like I am today without any of them.
Other: Apart from studies, JBIHM encourages us to engage ourselves in different co-curricular activities. Our institute organizes several events, which include, New year's day celebrations, Independence day celebrations, Republic day celebrations, Birthday celebrations, Teachers Day, World Tourism Day, Freshers' parties, and many more. Participation in several events helped us to discover our talents and we got the chance to explore ourselves.
