Placements: About 70 percent of students received offers, which is a respectable placement result. The average salary remained around 5 LPA, while the top salary was close to 9–10 LPA. Textile mills, clothing exporters, and quality laboratories were among the recruiters. Although some positions lacked true technical depth, internships are available in processing and testing units.

Infrastructure: The classrooms had reliable Wi-Fi, and the textile labs had working dyeing, printing, and testing equipment. The library provided good assistance with pertinent journals. The mess menu grew boring, but the hostel rooms are cozy. There are medical and sports facilities, but they weren't very large.

Faculty: The instructors are personal and provided clear explanations of concepts using real-world examples. Although a few new industry trends could be added, the curriculum covered important textile topics like fiber science, processing, and material testing. Students who prepared consistently had no trouble passing the moderate exams.

Recruiters included major textile mills, garment manufacturers, and a few R&D units. Although some positions are simple support duties, internships are offered in processing and quality labs.

Infrastructure: The classrooms had good Wi-Fi, and the textile labs are well-equipped for fabric testing, printing, and dyeing. Library had enough journals and references. The mess food got monotonous after a while, but the hostel rooms are nice and cozy. Medical assistance is available when needed, and the sports area is fine.

Overall, it's an okay college to have some fun.

Placements: The placement opportunities mainly include SDE roles, front-end and back-end roles from startups, but not many major MNCs. Most opportunities come from small startups and machinery-related job roles. The textile industry is also very good in our college. Education-wise, it is okay, but the campus placement opportunities are limited.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and the course are fine, but the hostel is okay. We can be free and happy in college. It is easy to talk with faculty members. It is a very enjoyable college with a great atmosphere.

Faculty: The faculty is very friendly, and the curriculum is okay. Exams help improve skills, but everyone gets upset about the exams and tests because they conduct tests every day in the first period. If you get failing marks, you have to write the test again in the evening.

Other: We can be free, and no restrictions will be imposed on us.

Jaya Engineering College in the ME structural engineering course admission in 2026.

Placements: Approximately 78% of our group got placed. The average package is 5.5 LPA, the lowest is 3.4 LPA, and the highest is 11.6 LPA. Recruiters from L&T, Afcons, JMC Projects, and Shapoorji Pallonji come to visit. Approximately 66% of students can secure internships in consulting firms, bridge projects, and metro works. The positions are project planner, site engineer, and structural designer.

Infrastructure: Although some of the equipment is outdated, the labs have tangible testing and design software capabilities. The library has fewer foreign books, but all are in code. Although there are sporadic maintenance delays, the hostel is comfortable. The majority of students prefer the canteen. Mess food is decent but inspired. The gym equipment is antiquated, but the sports field is good for cricket and football.

Faculty: The professors are helpful and give helpful advice during the dissertation, even though some of the classes are dull. The syllabus is sound, despite its slow adoption of the newest design tools. With a pass rate of roughly 83% and strict evaluation requirements in some subjects, the exams are rather challenging.

Raymond, Vardhman, Reliance Textile, and Welspun are among the recruiters. Nearly 65% of students can secure internships in clothing export companies, R&D facilities, and mills. Production manager, QA specialists, and process engineer are among the positions available.

Infrastructure: Machines for weaving, dying, and testing fabrics are available in labs, though some of them are antiquated. There are textile standards at the library, but there aren't many international journals. Although occasionally paced, hostel rooms are decent. Placements: Approximately 81% of our group got placed. The most expensive package is 12.3 LPA, the cheapest is 3.6 LPA, and the average is 5.9 LPA. Tata Projects, Afcons, Gammon India, and L&T Construction were among the recruiters. Approximately 70% were able to obtain internships at bridge design firms, private consultancies, and metro projects. Project engineer, design consultant, and structural engineer were among the positions available.

Infrastructure: Although the department's CAD and material testing labs were well-equipped, some of the software licenses were out of date. The library lacked international references, but it did have research journals and IS code. The hostel rooms were good, but the cleaning schedule wasn't consistent. Canteen food was more popular than mess food, which was good but monotonous. The gym equipment was outdated, but the sports field was good for volleyball and cricket.
