Jaya Engineering College at the ME applied electronics course intake year 2026.

Placements: 78 percent students in our M.E. Applied Electronics batch were placed. The average package price was 5.6 LPA with a range of 3.4 LPA to 12 LPA. We were employed by companies such as Infosys, Tata Elxsi, L&T and Honeywell. 65% interned at small design firms, Bosch, and BEL. Research assistant, PCB design engineer and embedded systems developer were among the common positions.

Infrastructure: The department's labs were updated with simulation tools, microcontroller kits, and oscilloscopes. The library had a few recent publications, but also good technical books. Although the mess menu was repeated too frequently, the hostel was tidy. The sports area was primarily used for indoor games like carrom and table tennis, and the Wi-Fi was reliable.

Faculty: While most professors were friendly and knowledgeable about their subjects, some found it difficult to relate theory to business demands. Although the syllabus did a good job of covering fundamental electronics, more AI/IoT integration could be added. The pass rate remained at about 83%, and the exams were fair but difficult.
