Absolutely fantastic campus life. Good placement. The campus was change my life.

Placements: There are 80% of students in this course. The lowest average package was 5000 per semester and the highest average package was 20000 per semester. Several companies like Ashok Leyland, Amazon etc., visit for recruitment. There are 60% of students that got internship at Ashok Leyland and amazon. And other students goes for higher studies. Manager post was the top role.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and library are very neat and good facilities are offered in the infrastructure. A good hostel is available and the canteen food is good and hygienic. The medical facilities are also good and we have medical facilities in the campus. The sports and games are also available in the campus.

Faculty: The teaching quality was best in our Campus and they are really helpful to students. They are really qualified for their position. They surely make students ready for industry because they teach and train like that. The exams are really good and easy because they train and teach like that. 30 marks are required to pass in 80.

Other: I chose this course for good placement. And I like to do this technical work. I think in this modern world technical section is the important thing soo you get easy placement. I think the campus equipments are required to improve and the teaching staffs are also required to improve. There are a lot of events organized in this campus. There was a huge Campus crowd. Campus surrounding was awesome. Scholarship are also very nice.

The college is not as good as I expected

Placements: I completed my Diploma in mechanical engineering in 2024. The salary package for job placements was below Rs.25,000. Companies like Soros Energy Pvt Ltd, Wind World, etc., are recruited. The placement cell was good, and 75% of students passed internships. The top roles offered were Technician, Supervisor, and Trainee.

Infrastructure: Facilities were very bad when I was studying, but now they are much better. When I was studying, the infrastructure was too bad and there was no canteen. Toilets were bad, and quality food was not available near the place. The medical facilities were also not very good. Overall, the college was not good.

Faculty: Teachers did not teach properly. Their teaching skills were also not good. Classes were properly. Practical exams were quite easier than theory. Students put in more effort to study when exams came. The college management was the worst. They only tried to admit students because of money matters.

Other: I chose the course because of all over the world in the mechanical engineering field. I got lateral entry after completing ITI.

I'm dissatisfied with the first 2 years.

Placements: Students who passed all the subjects got placed which was around 30%. The salary offered was Rs.14,000 to Rs.20,000 per month. The recruiting companies were Royal Enfield and Ashok Leyland. Defense engineer, research and development engineer, product design engineer, sales and marketing engineers, tool engineers, production engineers, maintenance engineers, and quality assurance roles were offered in our college.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs were the best with the required machines. The hostel was good to stay but the food served was below average. This course combined engineering, physics, and mathematics principles with material science to design, analyse, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems.

Faculty: Teaching quality was average but the teachers were very helpful. Practical sessions were good in our college. The pass percentage was 45% and the minimum pass percentage achieved was 60-65%. The course curriculum was carefully designed and well-executed. It was delivered by well-prepared and qualified educators to ensure that students can achieve appropriate learning.

Other: I chose this course because it is the best course to join any mechanical company. It was one of the oldest and the broadest courses of engineering. Many events organised in our college were good. Our college was surrounded by a garden.

Review of JCT Polytechnic College.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available. Laboratory is provided. Our classrooms are well-maintained. It also provides a library. The hostel fee structure is Rs 5,000 per month. The canteen is available. The food quality is average. Medical facilities are also available.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 90%.

Other: Events are not conducted in our college.
