Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2023
5.0
Overall, it is one of the best universities for MBA.
Placements: The placement was mediocre. The average package was 2-3 LPA, and companies like McDonald's, ICICI Bank, Airtel, BT India, and many more came here for campus recruitment. Students from both institutions had an equal opportunity to participate and take advantage of the joint campus drive organized by JMIT and TIMT.
Infrastructure: You could readily access all of amenities at this college thanks to its outstanding infrastructure. The college library was good, and students could eat delicious meals at the cafeteria and mess. All administrative tasks could be completed online thanks to the college’s online ERP, which offered numerous advantages to students.
Faculty: Every member of faculty members were good. Our college had a solid reputation in the business sector. The ratio of faculty to students was 1:3. They were Ph.D. holders. They discussed case studies. Because of their assignments, students were occupied all year long. Assignments were informative despite being busy. The training was simple to comprehend. Every member of faculty members were helpful. Approximately 60% students could be accommodated in each classroom.

My life's greatest college.
Placements: 70% of students who have additional WebD and DSA abilities are placed in our course. I've seen packages with a maximum of 13 LPA, an average of 6 LPA, and a minimum of 4 LPA. The best recruiters are Daffodil and other businesses. Students must score 70th percentile and meet the requisite skill set in order to be considered for an internship. The top positions available in this course are determined by the students' abilities.
Infrastructure: Our department or course has good infrastructure and facilities. The college also offers its students air conditioning in every classroom, smart classrooms, a well-maintained library, computer labs, and subject labs. Our hostels' amenities are of high quality, and the food served in the canteen and mess is also of high quality.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly knowledgeable, helpful, and Ph.D. qualified. Some of the subjects are a waste of time, so the course curriculum needs to be changed for the benefit of the students. The difficulty of the semester exam is about average. A minimum of 30% is required to pass.

The best college of my life.
Placements: We have to do all the semester and will be eligible for placement, companies offering placement are KPMG, Deloitte, Wipro, TCS, Reliance, etc. Avg package is very low around 3 LPA and the highest is around 6.5 LPA with some perks. I'm not sure about the company name. I'm not sure about the student details as well. Since I'm doing CA so ill not look for placement after the degree.
Infrastructure: There are 21 hostels among which anyone can be allotted to a candidate. The hostels are generally equipped with basic facilities and are generally comprised of twin-sharing rooms. Each hostel has its food canteen where breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are provided daily. There are ample options for vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian candidates.
Faculty: I would say that some subjects have very minimal or no real-world application, such as macroeconomics unless someone is planning to pursue a career in that field. I believe they should remove unnecessary subjects like management information systems because they don't seem to make sense to study. I find it frustrating to memorize names and dates in economics, as it feels like preparing for a fifth-grade exam.

The best college of my life.
Placements: Placement offered by our college was good as in our college many big MNCs had visited. The package offered to students by our college was so good. The package is 19 LPA which is good enough for students.
Infrastructure: Rooms (my room, hostel 15) were clean and decently sized. Mess food was served 4 times a day and was decent for the price. They attempted to include a wide variety of cultures across India in the meals. Registration, room allotment, and mess registration happened seamlessly during admission and I had no issues with it. Hostel fees are included with tuition fees when we pay per semester. Most students lived on campus. Some of the holder boys' hostels were a bit small and needed to be revamped.
Faculty: Course curriculum was good and based on recent scenarios, so it was easy to understand the main role of the course. I like the concept that each subject is co-related. I like the assets of the portals which was much good. Everything was maintained there. So, I loved it.

The best college of my life.
Placements: From the third semester onwards, placements will start. Golden Saches, Axis Bank, and many other companies have visited. Many of us got placements in reputed companies, with the highest package being 12,00,000. 80% of students got placed. As in our college, 100 percent placement is there.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good enough to live in, and the bathroom gets cleaned every day. There is no water shortage for toilet use, but sometimes many of the water purifiers stop working. The guards do good work in both the girls' and boys' hostels, and the food we get to eat is very good.
Faculty: There is a vast variety in the curriculum, as many courses are offered, and there are many professors. In terms of relevance, it's ranked 7th in Sirf ranking, so it's better in different courses, as many of my friends in different courses have told me. Exams are conducted every semester.

Yes, my college environment or campus life was good.
Placements: My college placement is good. In the 5th semester, it is compulsory to do an internship of at least 2 months in my course, and after that, the person becomes eligible for placement after the 6th semester. Our average placement is 5-6 lakhs, and the highest is 13-14 lakhs per annum. My college has a NAAC ++ rank. More than 100 companies visit our college for campus placement, and around 200-250 offers are made every year. Around 60% of students get placed every year.
Infrastructure: Many events are organized on campus and in clubs. The books according to the semester are available in the library, and novels are available for entertainment. Yes, sports activities are offered on campus, and students participate in clubs and activities.
Faculty: The faculty is awesome, except for my Accounts teacher and lab teacher. They teach well, no doubt, but are very strict about assignments and homework. Praveen sir and Anil sir are examples. Exams are easy; our college generally does not give backlogs in exams, and most students pass and get good grades. However, some students get backlogs in Math exams because it requires a lot of practice and is generally a medium-level exam to clear, making it harder than other subjects.

Environment is good and the scenery full of greenery is appreciated.
Placements: The placements are outstanding with an average package of around 12 Lacs. Some students are fortunate enough to secure excellent job offers while the others are able to land their dream jobs. A majority of the students secured excellent job offers this year.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is good but the hostel is a little bit expensive at 30K annual fee along with 2K monthly mess fee. You won't be allowed to use any electrical equipments. The timings for the hostels are extremely tight and you won't be allowed to stay in the hostel during the college hours. The external expenses could be around Rs.2000 - Rs.4000.
Faculty: I chose MBA because I wanted a professional degree after B.Com and I wanted to learn more about business. MBA provides me with knowledge and the faculty members are very supportive, they clear our doubts. They also provide many curriculum activities and industrial visits so we get more knowledge about business. The class size is of 76 students and the course fees is INR 82000 per year.

Faculty is well-equipped with knowledge.
Placements: From 3rd semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. The big 4 companies of India visit offering great packages. The highest package offered was 25 Lacs last yea, so we are hoping that we will get the same offer. The companies will offer you job but it is up to a candidate to demand good money for their skills.
Infrastructure: I am a hosteler and the rooms are very spacious having windows for fresh air. Our college is situated in a polluted area surrounded by trees and fields. The college had a decent friend for sports activities. Recently, Kurukshetra University, Haryana, organized a cricket tournament on our ground. The hostel has many rooms that are not full with each room having a table, a chair, a bed and an almirah for a single person. The rent of the hostel is 25000 for a complete year.
Faculty: I chose MBA in finance because it has a lot of scope in the corporate world. Finance is a large domain having various branches and a lot of options to choose from. The classes taught us to do financial analysis, technical analysis, and a lot of other real-world applications. Areas for improvement would be giving case studies related to real life to help us be prepared to work in a company. There are midterms and end-semester exams with a gap of 2-3 months in between. The difficulty level is moderate and the exams can be cracked with hard work and smart work. The class size isi of 47 students and the course fees INR 80000 per year.
